Is anyone else game not letting them play?

For some reason when I first downloaded the game it was ready for me to start playing then all of sudden it just froze up my screen. So I clicked off the app and went back to it to see if that work but it showed the home page of the game saying “start season” and I kept trying to click on it and nothing happened I don’t know if it’s the app they need to fix or what but it’s frustrating. Also it keeps showing when I go on my Lock Screen that a video is being played and when I click on it it leads right to the app yet there are no videos shown being played on the screen so I’m confused on that part.
Worst Character Customization

Absolutely loved the first game but this one is a disappointment for me. Liked the layout of the character customization but all of the options seemed rushed and not very thought out. The characters look more realistic in some aspects but then for example the eye colors are not realistic at all. Makes for a very odd looking character. Had difficulty making a character I felt connected to so ended up just deleting the game.
