NZR+ iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix NZR+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NZR+ app on iPhone
Update NZR+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NZR+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NZR+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NZR+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NZR+ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NZR+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NZR+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » NZR+ » click [Force Stop]

Update NZR+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NZR+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NZR+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NZR+.

Fix NZR+ unable to contact server/ NZR+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NZR+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NZR+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NZR+
