How to fix NZR+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NZR+ app on iPhone
Update NZR+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NZR+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NZR+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NZR+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix NZR+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NZR+ app issues:

Force Stop the NZR+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NZR+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NZR+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NZR+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NZR+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NZR+.

Fix NZR+ unable to contact server/ NZR+ internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NZR+ » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NZR+ » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NZR+ on android.
