Danger Dell:: don’t use StorageCleaner. I use StorageCleaner at all and too the backup. Instead backup, it removed all of my contacts and it unable restore. After hours of research, I was able to find the customer support email I have get in touch with them. They said, I would be able to restore from backup which is not working. After no response. I’m glad I have my backup. Otherwise I could loose all of my contacts. It’s happened months ago and still I’m following up since I lost few latest contacts, but no response from them. So beware and stay away from StorageCleaner.

StorageCleaner crashes more than Helen Keller flying a plane!! LOL I can’t tell how good StorageCleaner is because it crashes so often. It works as often as my dead grandma!! Call Fixit Felix or whoever you need to get StorageCleaner running correctly because I’d like to actually use it. ZERO STARS from me
Reported the issue on several occasions with
NO RESPONSE back from the developer regarding the issue! SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Why do you charge so much just to get our storage cleaned like I bet it’s a good app but like why do you charge so much for it this is why I gave it a one star maybe put the price down or don’t even charge anything at all I get if you want the money and if it’s a good app, but why do you charge so much just for a storage cleaner

I am getting an error message the contact backup cannot be applied.
They have been deleted and it is critical that they get restored. I sent two emails to support. The first reply didn't help at all. Didn't receive a reply to the second.
Please resolve as quickly as possible

Hi Storage Cleaner team! I need some help. The photos reseting date time and other exif data. All processed photos are uploading to cloud again and creating huge duplicates. In a nutshell it's huge mass ! Please fix it ASAP 🆘

Tried product, the contact nightmare you would expect, all contacts erased and backup feature doesn’t work, happened to me. I await resolution from their support system. Will report back.

I backed up my contacts and now I cannot get them back. I contacted via email and have not heard back from them. It’s really frustrating.

I lost all my contacts and I have been trying to reach someone on how to get them back and they have replied 1 time in 24 hours and it was not helpful.

Cleaned up very dissimilar contacts, combining them in a crazy manner. Totally screwed up my database. Maybe I didn’t read things properly, but don’t think so. Getting rid of StorageCleaner and cleaning things up.

Signed up with the lifelong subscription was free, but no where was it labeled or expressed as the “free” version. Customer services was not helpful at all and gave a canned answer about something unrelated to my question.

I activated the lifetime premium version but still says I’ve the free version and won’t let me erase more than 5 photos per day or 25 if I watch an ad

Failed to merge duplicate contacts. Don't waste your time or money. I got it for free via the “AppAdvice” app.

The “deselect all” button on individual batches of similar photos often needs a double tap. As I went through, I often found clicking the duplicate I wanted to keep was faster.
