Unusable on IPAD

The display size is too small for IPAD.
IPAD version is needed.

Does not fill screen

The former version filled the screen on my iPad. This version is a narrow sliver and makes it all impossible to read.

Missing Key Feature

No ability to Copy guests name and number when I create their contact in my phone. Previous evolve owner app allowed for a long press to copy text. If this new app is supposed to replace the old one, why not make adding contacts to my phone easier than harder? I suggest adding a feature to save a contact with one button.

Hard to read

I have the old and new versions. This new one is hard for me to read, the schedule/calendar is very squished. It doesn’t save my login which wastes my time.

Moving In The Right Direction!

I am a big fan of evolve the company and have enjoyed working with them for the past several years to manage my short term rental property. During all this time I have been equally disappointed with the functionality of the owners app. That disappointment continued after the release of this new evolve app, but the updates and improvements that followed quickly after its release have changed my response entirely. I can copy and paste phone numbers, easily find the full name of guests, auto log in, etc.! It feels like the owners app is becoming a better representation of a great company!

Better but not great

The Home Screen Dashboard should have been left from the old version. Now it’s cumbersome to get to the important metrics.

Upcoming Booking - next 3 w/ guest name arrival and departure date

Please bring back the next 3 upcoming bookings without any payout info you had from prior version. I would screen shot this and coordinate / sync with my cleaner. Big loss.

App login issues

Appreciate the new app, but EvolveOwner only worked one time with Face ID and then failed every other time. EvolveOwner will also not work with password manager apps such as LastPass. I’m forced to manually type in my username and password every time I want to use EvolveOwner . Very tedious. Is this on the roadmap to fix as quickly as possible via an update?

Load of rubbish! Won’t let me log in!

This is an absolute pile of pants!

It consistently tells me that my email or password don’t match what are in the system. This is ridiculous. I have these checked by agents who have had me reset my password five times now, It’s still not letting me login.
I still have the old version of EvolveOwner -however, I am sick and tired of my chats being dropped in the middle of trying to get things fixed! I have to continually start over and explain again to yet another person who keeps reading from the same script.

It won’t let me download EvolveOwner . I have to use it off EvolveOwner Store. Then every time I want to use it, it tells me a new version is available. The old app was better.

I have a notification alert on EvolveOwner , but there are no notifications that haven’t been read. I have tried to report the issue with no success.

Every time I open EvolveOwner I have to update it so I update and open again and it still says to update. So I removed EvolveOwner , tried again and get the same thing.

Great partner for profitable short term rentals

It took a lot for us to finally consider short term rental opportunities for our vacation home when we’re not using it to help offset costs. We were extremely skeptical. Evolve has been amazing, starting with months of touching base while we considered it, walking us through the setup process, helping us navigate through local permit and occupancy tax requirements, finding a cleaning partner, and ultimately generating bookings.

We went live right before Thanksgiving and made more net profit through New Years than we would have expected for many months.

Yes we’ve had two small damage claims already which although minor were immediately reviewed and reimbursed turning a “what if” concern into a positive actual experience. Evolve’s rates are better then the competition and they only get paid if we get paid so we’re in this together. Looking forward to continuing this longer term.

Helps save the owner time

We have 1 property that we rent when not using. This is our 1st time doing this and are going into our 3rd season. So far this has been a good experience. We have no complaints. We like the fact that we don’t have to pursue guests, the photographs are great and they do the advertising on more than one site. The property is insured against loss from guests ( haven’t used the is yet). They found us a qualified housekeeper. We don’t have to exchange money directly. To us, this is worth the 10%.

Calendar still needs improvement

We’ve been with evolve for 4 years. While they experienced some growing pains earlier on it seems they’ve hit their stride. We’ve always had solid bookings and they do all the marketing with very little involvement from us. They just upgraded EvolveOwner which seems much better than the prior version. It loads much faster than old app.

The calendar is still funky and needs improvement when doing an owner booking.

Old one is better

It’s glitchy. I got an answer for my request, and the comment doesn’t open. I had to go on the old app to open it. Also, it doesn’t give us the option to upload pictures when we open a reimbursement claim?!? And when I’m writing a description, i can’t submit it because the “submit” button is hidden by the keyboard. Did anybody even test EvolveOwner ?

Easy and issue free

The Evolve application is a great tool to support my needs while away from the computer. It helps me manage my properties, communicate with guests and cleaning / maintenance staff. All the information I need is at my finger tips and is easy to navigate to do what I need to. It makes the experience easy and I have confidence that it will continue to meet my needs. Thank you “team evolve” for all you do.

Fix your app before you loose business

The old version is better, easier to access, gives alerts and allows a customer to manage their accounts with accuracy and timeliness. This new version is difficult to maneuver for all the previously stated issues by other reviewers. More concerning, no one seems to have addressed these concerns by now. Therefore, this leaves a consumer to consider the competition. No one has the luxury of mismanagement or unaddressed issues with an app or their properties. There is little, to no room, for forgiveness in this industry with guests.

Can’t open

All of a sudden EvolveOwner says I must update. When it redirects me it doesn’t show the ability to update! It just says open an then goes back to the must update message again. None of my mobile Apple devices are able to access EvolveOwner now

One year homeowner

I agree the last app was so much better. This one is horrible. It still asks me to update every time I open it. I can’t print anything, no print icon. I haven’t take a screenshot then print. I spend more wasted time maneuvering around the new app

Should have listened to my wife

We began our listing with another company, one that my wife had expressed concerns about, but I didn’t listen. After three months of frustration, we switched to Evolve, the one she felt best about. The contrast exceeded expectations. Immediate bookings, reviews, and return on our investment are just a few of the immediate results we noticed. On top of that, having direct communication with the Evolve partners that take care of our property has been wonderful. We believe, unlike the previous experience, they genuinely care about our property.

Evolve rental property owner

We signed up with Evolve in November after renovating our second home and within a couple weeks we had our first renter shortly after another then another . Our home is not in a area for tourism I believe people need rentals just about any area for various reasons ! I don’t expect to rent it year round but evolve has made it simple and profitable enough that we plan on staying onboard . Thank you

Evolve app

Even though I downloaded the new app for the required update, it continually asks me to update EvolveOwner everytime I log on. Each log on it asks for the required update then EvolveOwner Store only says “open” instead of download because it’s already been downloaded. Everything still works once I’m in, the added step of going to EvolveOwner Store every time I log in is very inconvenient.

Have to update every time.

Every time I open EvolveOwner it states that I have to update. I can’t go any further until I hit update which takes me to the Apps which literally states I updated 1 day ago. This happens every single time I need to check on rental. I keep telling my wife we need to do this ourselves as I have had quite a few issues over the last two years.

Glitchy

The new app is more glitchy and than the previous one. For example, I get an alert than a response was posted to by request. After log in when I go to alerts and click on the response, nothing happens. So I really don’t know which request of mine received the response. Bring back the older app please or fix this.

The EVOLVE team is great with communication and are quick to respond with any queries that I’ve had. They sent out a professional photographer and got photos of my place. They are beyond beautiful!! My only complaint is that I feel that I’m so far down in the list of rentals that I’m not getting enough exposure. That being said, the search area doesn’t allow to just put in an identification number that will take you directly to my listing.

Awesome service to renters and owners!

Evolve is phenomenal in every aspect. They have provided me as a property owner force every aspect of quality representation of my property. From the photography of my rental to all aspects of marketing and representation! And I have never had any reports of problems from any of my rental guests! They always feel that Evolve has served their needs and concerns in nothing but a professional manner and never disappointed any if my guests!

I love the simplicity of their app and how hands off it can be for the owner. Their customer support team either by phone or through their app is responsive and helpful.
