My app isn’t working as well and this is the first time. It will take a photo of the problem but not scan it properly for the information or gets stuck loading. The app is pricey for it to crash.

I have used this app for a little bit and it has worked great. But for the past week it has been so slow and I have not been able to use it like I need to help me with my classes. I noticed online a lot of people are having trouble with the app. If it is not resolved soon I want my money credited back
