My app isn’t working as well and this is the first time. It will take a photo of the problem but not scan it properly for the information or gets stuck loading. The app is pricey for it to crash.

Close and restart the Nerd AI app on iPhone
Update Nerd AI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nerd AI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nerd AI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nerd AI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Nerd AI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nerd AI App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nerd AI » click [Force Stop]

Update Nerd AI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nerd AI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nerd AI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nerd AI.

Fix Nerd AI unable to contact server/ Nerd AI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nerd AI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nerd AI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
