I have been using this app 6 months now everything was going smoothly until i had a problem with my account then i started realizing that they have the worst customer support ever.
Suddenly my account was reset and lost the virtual card i paid for. And they are asking me to verify my account and start over, fortunately i have only 10$ remaining in my account and lost them.
It is been more than 3 days i’m trying to reach them but no one cares.
⚠️⚠️Friendly advice, don’t leave any money on card preferably transfer only the needed amount to use and don’t leave any balance on otherwise you will lose your money
Frustrating Account Setup Process

I’ve been trying to set up an account, but the app keeps declining my information. I’ve submitted my details four times already, and every single time it gets rejected with no clear explanation. This process is extremely frustrating and feels like a waste of time. Please fix this issue or at least provide better feedback on why submissions are being declined.

I tried to submit verification and even tho my verification was proper and clear they rejected my application without any reason. they kept on denying to tell me the reason and talked in polish instead of english. this apps customer service is trashhh. no reason for rejection and no good support . don’t use
