I bought two of these based on your advertising. I received them the first week of March. I unfortunately developed a detached retina and only opened it after I completed my surgery. Just try to put the band on and keep it on told me quality was not what I wanted. I never opened the box of the second on which I was going to give my son. I want to return both of them immediately. Need a return label for both watches not what I expected and would like a return lable . I will continue with my apple watch these are crap. This company sends a instruction manual so small you can't read it and try and find a company contact it's hard on purpose

Dear Sir: i sent an email earlier in regard to LaxasFit watch I just received. The watch will not hold the watch band securely. A Jewler attempted to secure the band without success and stated the right side of the watch is not calibrated correctly to hold the watch band in place. I would like to return the watch for a replacement. Please provide instructions for returning the watch @ hdjones4@redacted. Thankyou

I was able to get everything downloaded and set up but I let the battery go dead. When it was fully charged the weather would not work and it lost 4 minutes in a day. I clicked to reset to factory settings and it went dark and did not come back on and when pressed it was not responsive. I removed the app to start again and scanned and downloaded the app but when I went on wristband to find device but when I scanned it would not read the code to connect. When I went to find device it couldn't find it even though it was on top of the watch. So at this point I have a blank watch after 3 days of opening the package.

Hello, I purchased in Germany about 10 Months ago 2 of your LAXASFIT fitness watches. From the very beginning I noticed that the battery did not hold it's charge very long. One has also lost a piece which fell off of the back side of the watch. I suspect that in the EU these watches fall under a 2 year guarantee . The company that sold them is no longer answering my emails. I think they used your products in a scan. Can you replace these with functioning watches? Or, can you help me replace the failed batteries of both. They both have the Version V2.0 and Release date of 2024.12.06. The BT address? is 41:42:09:13:F6:71. The LE address is: 41:42:09:13:F6:24.
