I was not aware of how expensive it is- @ $ 7.55 a week!?! I have forwarded this issue to Apple account. Stop CleanMaster.

An IT from my carrier informed me that apps of this type are not good for my device therefore I’m refusing to download your app.. I’m treating it as a threat.

I am on day two of CleanMaster and I cannot Stan the pop up ads on my phone The close button does not work. If this continues I will cancel

Cost to much I remember when it was free

I decided to eliminate all duplicate pictures I had on my phone and fell for this trap. CleanMaster had said it was free, which is why I downloaded it, and it is free, for three days, however…

First of all, it only found one duplicate photo, but by downloading it and running it, it sets up a weekly subscription of $5.00 which is $260.00 per year for an app that only found one duplicate picture and didn’t make any additional space on my phone.

Worst of all, it doesn’t provide any way to cancel the subscription and in fact automatically recharges the subscription unless you cancel at least one day before the weekly subscription renews which of coarse, it doesn’t give you a cancel button, only a renew button.

I immediately deleted CleanMaster , but can find no way to cancel the subscription. Apple should take note of these subscription traps for their users and not allow them to be advertised as “free” when they will bill a person $260.00 over one year, even if not used.

All subscriptions are supposed to offer a CANCEL option.

Thus this review. If I am billed for even one week, I will be forced to cancel all of my apple payment options.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE IDEA THAT CleanMaster IS FREE!

Will not stop advertising its premium membership

CleanMaster is very rude which means the people behind CleanMaster is very rude. I would not pay or I will not even have it on my phone because y’all are rude trying to get someone to pay for something and won’t let what they’re doing. Be done. Be done, if I could give you a zero stars I would because that’s the rudest nastiest thing I have ever seen ever do in my whole entire time on finding apps that I can work with

On tik tok it said it was free but when I download it I have to pay don’t get CleanMaster it’s a scam

So I wanted it because I needed more space in my storage but every time you try to just do it it would say make it premium and I literally have no idea and I tried like every way to make it not premium and it’s like not working, so I really hate it

Keeps closing CleanMaster out when I try to merge my duplicate contacts in my iPhone. Hate it

One doesn’t know for sure what is happening to their files/photo/etc.

CleanMaster is good I was confused at first but it is great. I deleted over 1,000 photos/vids.no ads yet which is good. I recommend CleanMaster if you want to clean storage. 😄
