Crashes all the time

I purchased yesterday Langotalk-AI for a year and it only worked for one session. Today I was unable to use it because it crashed all the time. I would restart my iPhone and it would crash again. This happened like 6 times in a row. So I feel cheated with this useless app. Couldn’t contest the charge anywhere and looks like the only thing I could do was cancel the service due on Nov 30th, 2025. Do not spend your hard earned money on this app. It is a total waste of money.

honestly, i think this app is really unique and super helpful, especially for something like vietnamese which has very few useful resources. my main problem, though, is the price. $80 a year to talk to an AI chat bot??? I don’t think so…
i was really excited while using one of the chat bots that i was able to ask to use specifically the southern accent, but i just can’t justify spending that much money on an AI based app. sorry not sorry 😭

I’m a jnr in college and have been learning Spanish since the 7th grade. I wanted to continue my studies in college but unfortunately I do not have enough time to take classes due to my majors. This app does not allow really anything for free and it’s not marketed that way. If I knew how expensive it was going to be I would not have bothered trying it out. But if you have the money this app is a great way to learn.
