Pelvic Health made Simple

As someone who believes strongly in the power of a healthy pelvic floor, I’m always looking for the best, most efficient exercises - bonus if it’s something I can do from home barefoot. These exercises work with the body’s natural movements retraining the pelvic floor to respond and react as it would naturally, without any of the forced kegels, which can lead to overtightened hypertonic pelvic floor. I highly recommend this for avid strength trainers because the exercises are such a great compliment to the hard work in the gym. If your goals are to improve diastasis recti, reduce leakage, improve s3xual experience, or just preventative health, iCOREMethod has you covered.

I am thrilled to have been part of founder, Courtney Virden’s, first challenge! I found ICORE Method and Courtney through my favorite influencer and Fascia expert, Ashley Black! Courtney and Ashley teamed up for a Pelvic Floor Challenge. I subscribed for the All Access with admission for all 2024 challenges! I learned so much from the videos and weekly lives and I love the exercises so much. 🥰

Amazing exercises

Great App

iCORE has been so vital in strengthening my pelvic floor. I started doing therapy during my third pregnancy and continue to postpartum. I’ve noticed SUCH a difference in my body. iCOREMethod is perfect in so many ways. It’s easy to follow, great programs for all stages, and I love the recipes. I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know - pregnant and postpartum.

Life changing- a confidence booster

I was experiencing incontinence and pain as a result of breast cancer treatment and menopause. I tried so many products and pelvic floor treatments including kegels, for years. They only made it worse. I felt sad and missed the old me. With the iCORE Method pelvic floor exercises, my symptoms are gone. My stomach is getting flatter without sit-ups. Woohoo!! I like how I look and feel. The exercises take 15-17 minutes, have different levels so I can change it up and are easy to view from my phone. I recommend iCOREMethod for everyone. So happy I found the iCORE Method.

Difference Maker

I did the 90 day challenge using the iCORE app and iCOREMethod was super user friendly. I loved how easy it was to access the videos. The program itself was great. It made a difference especially after having two kids. I felt like I needed to do something and this came at the right time.

I love iCORE Method!

I have been doing the 90 Day Pelvic Floor Challenge! It’s excellent! In 15 minutes a day, I have eliminated my low back pain (from Day 1). I have improved the stability of my spine and hips and my constant hip pain is almost completely gone! Courtney is an excellent teacher! We are at Day 75 and I am so much stronger than when I started this challenge. Thank you Courtney!

Very good App

I really like iCOREMethod. I started doing the pelvic floor plan when I was pregnant. The exercises helped me with the pain I had in my low back. The exercises made my pelvic floor strong and my delivery was very smooth and fast. My recovery was fast too. Now, I am doing the Diastasis Recti program and I am loving the results. So iCOREMethod is perfect because helps you during the pregnancy and after. I recommend it. F

A must-have app for anyone looking for better sex!

I have learned so much from Courtney and have been a long time follower of her work and courses. Her videos have taught me things about my body that I didn’t think were possible. I started these exercises a skeptic, but I have seen the results firsthand. My pleasure has doubled since practicing these pelvic floor exercises, and my orgasms are now multiple!

ICORE method rocks

I’ve been doing these exercises for a little under two months and I’ve noticed a huge change in back and hip pain. Have so much more stability in my hips. Absolutely love love love these exercises. Also notice a positive change in intensity ipelvic floor. Would recommend these exercises for anyone that wants to fix lower back or hip pain strengthen and core want improvement and bladder control or improvement in intensity of orgasms.

Everything

This is exactly what I hoped it would be! It has everything I wanted in one app. I had put on some weight when I went through menopause and I wanted all the guidance to be successful. This has the workouts and the meals and something we often don’t do enough, self care! The price point is amazing for what you get. Can’t wait to see my before and after pics but mostly looking forward to feeling good again!

Great program for pelvic floor health

This is a great program to learn more about your pelvic floor and all the issues you can have. Courtney’s knowledge and workouts are designed to help you focus and heal the pelvic floor. I have less back pain and bladder leakage when coughing/sneezing is so much better. The beginner workouts are still my favorite. The intermediate workouts are more challenging and I have worked my way to be able to do some of them. Great program for all women!

Love this App!!

All women need iCOREMethod! So easy to use and the videos are what every woman needs. I love all the meal plans and guides. It is so high end yet affordable! You need this!
