I used via app the time but this app cuts out the features that made it easy. It charges a cancellation fee even tho my driver is over 10 minutes late and my usual pickup location from work has been changed to a spot drivers will get a ticket if they stop. Bring back the ability to call my drivers cause the confusion comes from lack of communication between riders and drivers.
