Can’t search when adding to wishlist

Shows I have an issue with an order someone bought me but doesn’t show what it is or where to fix it on Throne

Site works fine but Throne has no use if nothing works

I'm unsure where the great reviews for Throne are coming from.

Photos are cut off so that you can't see the full product. Many photos are just repeated several times. Several versions of the same product are posted over and over again. If there are multiple sub-types under a product, they do not include photos for each type, on top of that each type is not labeled so you have no idea which model or color variation you are getting unless it's plain to see, and it will list things like a collector's edition but show a standard edition price. This is on top of the mark-up on prices of everything on the site, many that you can find on apps/sites like TEMU.
Don't willingly give your money away to grow a company of highway robbers that can't even program a simple sales app correctly.

Very slow working app. I constantly had to refresh pages or completely exit out Throne due to it not loading pages. It also glitches A LOT. & idk if it’s just me but I feel like a lot of the products for sale on there app are very overpriced, I feel like you can get the same products for cheaper somewhere else. Overall, I had to delete my account because I just couldn’t take the slowness & glitches anymore.

No matter if I use wifi or 4-5G nothing loads, you can’t search anything, can’t look at storefronts or items, nothing.
Having to use your web browser instead of Throne kind of defeats the whole purpose lol

Website works fine on PC and mobile, but app won’t work with my credentials. Doesn’t recognize them, and I’ve tried downloading twice.

Nothing on Throne loads. I try searching for a specific item, or browsing certain brands, and it doesn’t load anything. The only thing that only sometimes works is if you paste a link to an item.

Throne won’t let me add anything to my wishlist, the store is incredibly unorganized and has a ton of duplicate items, it seems that some listings are just fake (scams?), and it’s not optimized at all—just opening Throne drains my battery.

Opened Throne , logged in. There was a pop up that said “like Throne ?” And I replied “a little “. Then Throne became a white screen and never showed anything else. Closing Throne and restarting it would just land me on a blank white screen. Nothing I did could recover Throne . Uninstalled.

Always says batch not supported. Doesn't save any information. Can't get anything done. Any info on when all this will be fixed?

I downloaded Throne because I wanted to do a couple gifts for certain content creators I follow on Twitch.

BUT I CANT FIND THEM!!

I typed in their username for Throne in multiple different ways yet the closest I got was some other fan profile who put the content creator’s name in their bio saying they were their biggest fan…

IM NOT LOOKING FOR THEIR FAN, BUT THE CONTENT CREATOR THEMSELVES!! 😩

I Use it a lot as a streamer but recently since a update a few days ago the search function is broken clicking any brand or using the search bar just puts it in a infinite load. it sat there for over 30 minutes without ever loading logged in to the web site and that worked fine please fix Throne as it was much easier to use then the site

Not only does it take over a week for the this app staff to order the items then it’s left up to the merchants will to process the order and ship it. Been waiting over a month for hundreds of dollars worth of items. No updates and nothing has been shipped. this app says it’s out of their hands once they order it. I’ve ordered from the same company the items are coming from and had it delivered within a week. Meanwhile I still wait on the orders my fans placed.

You can work hard to get those gifts but this app can say you were committing fraud and all the work you put out into getting your sends get sent back to the people that gifted you. And afterwards they’ll say not to make another account like they didn’t just delete your account that you can’t appeal for. They’re no better than the direction wishtender is going.

Tried to log in to my account and error message “［auth/operation-not-allowed］this operation not allowed. You must enable this service in the console.” Not sure what I did wrong? I did enter correct email and password. Oh well, website works just fine so I guess I’ll pass on this one.

Try as I might, nothing actually loads when I attempt to search for anything in Throne . Kinda defeats at least half the purpose…

why is so impossible to edit your wishlist, both on the website and app? even though you have the option to “organize” it, you really don’t. “move to start/end of list” doesn’t work, if you try to move an item it moves a completely different one. its so buggy and annoying to use.

not happy at all with the fact this app makes things easy and only ships to the USA. Even worse, their app doesn’t even work if you’re, again, not american. i recommend another app if you’re from literally anywhere else in the world.

I seen Throne on TikTok and got interested. Put my shipping details and it said it was set, when I exited from that it showed I didn't put anything in? And everytime I set my name, user, etc. it keeps telling me "Batch Update Not Supported" like.. what do I do?😭 Can't even add gifts cause it says it isn't available for me in my country but I'm in the US, and many people that I've seen on TikTok are from the US. I like the concept but I can't use anything🤷‍♀️

This site is soooo glitchy on both Throne and PC. I sign in and it deletes all of my account info. I have to refresh like 5 times before my actual account info pulls up. Even then it randomly deletes all my info and acts like its a brand new account. Frustrates it also wont let me view messages.

I really enjoy this app but using Throne as a fan isn’t great, and on the website I can’t seem to use the 3rd party affiliate links to send gifts either. It seems great for creators but as a fan wanting to send gifts, it’s not too great.

It’s a great app but it doesn’t allow me to follow new creators and it doesn’t show my following list. There are probably a few more bugs but I think an update is needed

i love this app sooo much. i've been doing way better with my work since i got it because my subs can be anonymous and they like the interface. they also enjoy that they pay extra instead of fees getting taken from me! i just wish i could cash out through Throne . i also wish i could add cash gifts on Throne .

Everytime I Sign in with Apple and start making a profile, I write my bio and then choose my pfp and then press continue then boom error. This is the third time this has happened to me, 2 times on the website and now on Throne .
