It doesn’t work and charges for everything, is a scam!!

Payed for the stupid tokens to get my picture and it kept saying error once I tried to save it.

I used for several photos with the new online passport renewal. All photos were rejected.

How do you delete pics that have been uploaded?

Scam. They just want you to subscribe to AIPassport for 20$/week instead of just charge you for the picture. Be careful with these scammers.

Downloaded and paid the promotional price.
I can not save the image as it’s giving me error. Waste of money

Worst UI, not freed however the add will say it’s free only to realize you have to pay at the end or else there will be a watermark.

Out of 7 different picture options, passport photos were all denied. AIPassport does not work at all. Do not purchase.

AIPassport worked fine, but it produces a low resolution image of 53 kB. State department insist at the image be at least 54 kB. I tried it twice. Must subscribe and pay at least $.99 to get a photo. Also no obvious way to cancel subscription.

Don’t use. Have to pay to get the picture done and then cannot print or download picture. Total scam! Stay away

This must be one of the poorest apps when it comes to usability. Would stay far away from AIPassport it was so frustrating to use and did not have any user friendly instructions or intuitive UI.

I paid for AIPassport but, it didn’t work. I keep getting a service exception error. I have deleted it and downloaded again but I’m still getting the same problem. I can take a picture but it’s not loading on AIPassport .

While AIPassport says it does everything, the size of the image it spits out is too small to pass UK passport requirements. It shrunk images down to about 35k when minimum size needed is 50k per the government website. Not happy to have paid for this at all.

I could not get the blasted passport website to accept any of my photo attempts. After about 5 tries, I downloaded AIPassport, paid the $ .99, and it accepted my upload with no trouble! Minimal effort and cheap price (as long as you make sure and cancel the subscription). A recommend for its ease!
