While IntermittentFastingTracker is overall rather nice, after a few hours of use it turns into a constant desperate attempt to force reviews out of users. All in all, a quarter of IntermittentFastingTracker is dedicated just to asking for reviews, completely overshadowing the rest. After every fast you complete you are asked to rate IntermittentFastingTracker , regardless of whether you’ve already followed this prompt before. Similarly, almost a third of the statistics screen is a huge card asking for reviews, with a note “tap to write review and remove”. Of course, even if you do review, it’ll reappear soon enough.

IntermittentFastingTracker has exemplary design and user experience. It is really beautiful, easy, works flawlessly, and even has Apple Shortcuts support - a must have for me with any app these days.
Dev is responsive too.
I would love to see more Shortcuts integration. Ability to get data from IntermittentFastingTracker would be great, and would allow it to be the source of truth for all of this info, integrating with other workflows.
Just having access to the top level statistics would be amazing:
* Total Fasts
* Average Fast
* Max Streak
* Total Time
* Longest Fast
* Current Streak
But getting data for a given date or range would also be useful.
I hope there’s a lot least a CSV export coming soon, but having Shortcuts access would make this a perfect 5 star app.

This is but far the best fasting app I have used. It does exactly what I need track my fast! categorizes them in one easy spot, one under rated feature, I think is that it counts up or down on the Fasting clock, very easy to change the time direction. If one thing I could see added, is the ability to make a note on an individual fast. And away to donate to the developer, because it’s a free app! Thank you to the developer (s)! God bless🕊️

I’ve been using this fasting app for a week now, and overall, it’s pretty helpful. One of the things I really like is how simple and effective the timer is. It’s easy to track my fasting hours, and the countdown or count up feature helps keep me motivated to stick with my plan.
That said, I wish IntermittentFastingTracker would track more fasting milestones, like when I hit ketosis or other key moments during a fast. It would be great to see progress beyond just the hours fasted, with more insight into what’s happening in my body as I reach different stages.
If you’re looking for a solid timer, IntermittentFastingTracker does the job, but it could benefit from offering more detailed fasting milestones.
by Sealion Maine
Nothing fancy. But it does what it needs. Tracks your daily fasting and eating window for you. Only my first day in so maybe we’ll check back in later. Follow up after a week’s use. Would you add a way to manually enter ketosis? I’m using test strips and eating a protein only diet. Have been able to use fasting to start ketosis and diet to maintain it.

this is perfect because i couldn’t find any good free apps for intermittent fasting but then i stumbled across this one and the design is so simple and minimalistic and offers exactly what you need without too much distraction, it even works on the apple watch which is perfect to see how long your fast has been. And to add, the developers keep adding new updates and new features.
by Waterrunner
Fasty, the nifty little app that could! Keeps your self-monitoring structured without features you don’t need. So easy to use, you can’t mess it up. Adaptable to any timing preference. You do need to know the details on how you’ll approach your fasting (what you’ll eat/drink, when); IntermittentFastingTracker doesn’t teach you. Really good for those with an established fasting regimen or otherwise don’t need much hand-holding.
by Danjan98
I had been using a few other paid apps that sent tons of notifications and food recommendations which got to be too much. I really needed to find something that gives me the information I want, when I want it, without constant pop up messages. That information was fine for the first week or so, but then it was just annoying. IntermittentFastingTracker gives me just what I need to stay on track and shows me how I’m doing, which again is just what I need and want, when I’m ready to look it up. And, It’s Free!
by SchemeViller
Very straightforward. A simple fast tracking app with detailed stats, no feature bloat, an active developer, and no cost. I do think the dev should consider a one time purchase option at least. I always feel a bit wary of free apps because of how often they end up turning into subscriptions. And I like to support developers, since creating & maintaining a solid app is a lot of work.

Love it so far! Intermittent fasting is critical for us humans made by God. It is biblical that we should fast and we are to be Christ like in our daily walk with him. I just started a 72 hour fast and can’t wait for the dead cells to shed and the new cells to restore renew and rejuvenate me. Start out with a 16 fast and work your way to a 24 hour fast. Challenge yourself. You won’t regret it. Pray for strength. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
by JenMar88
Thank you for making such a simple to use fasting timer! I like that fasting times can be edited. Not getting a ton of pop ups and ads makes it even better! The option to also track weight and sync with Apple Health is great. I do wish there were an option to add previous fasts, that would be one thing that would make IntermittentFastingTracker even better.
by LeighEvick
I wanted to try the 16/8 fasting but I needed an easy to use app that would let me input times. IntermittentFastingTracker is even easier then that you simply chose what fasting you are doing then you click start fast and it keeps a continuous clock for each zone you hit then you hit stop fasting and then it gives you an eating window! Plus it tracks all your fasts for you and gives you a fasting streak!! Love IntermittentFastingTracker
by Aubergine928
I’m very satisfied with IntermittentFastingTracker. It’s simple and streamlined, which I was looking for. But it still has flexibility for editing start/end times for today’s fast and some cool visualisations. It also gives info about which stage of fasting you’re likely to be in at the moment. All in all extremely satisfied. Also a MAJOR bonus is that it doesn’t track/share as much info about me as other fasting apps.
by Kempt BVI
IntermittentFastingTracker has helped to motivate me to keep fasting. I like especially it shows the phases the body is going through during the duration of the fast. A bonus is connecting the data to the Apple health app, as well as being able to provide your daily body weight and ultimate goal while helping you to track the progress.
by Ribskra
I have been looking for a fasting timer that would let me adjust when the start and end time were/are. The other apps I tried were more than I needed and wouldn’t adjust times AND cost a lot. For example, yesterday I started fasting at 3pm, but didn’t remember to start the clock on IntermittentFastingTracker until 5pm. Most other apps won’t let you go to the clock and adjust the start time. Fasty let me choose 3pm. What makes it even better is that Fasty will let you know when you are in the catabolic or fat-burning stage. Super!
EDIT: IntermittentFastingTracker actually has a lot of features. I have only begun to explore them. What I appreciate is that it isn’t an app trying to coach me and tell me how to eat. It is just giving me stats and will even synch with Apple Watches.
by Re-vision
I really enjoy IntermittentFastingTracker, it’s worthwhile if you want to stay in a healthy balance, you must and it is a must to fast to let your body recover from all the toxins you put in your body. I enjoy IntermittentFastingTracker. In fact I give it five stars. And I would pay this for the lifetime of IntermittentFastingTracker. Just because it’s well worth it. it does not bother me. They do not send notifications or reminders reminders, which is great. Because I like to be in charge of my own situation of controlling my health and not being monitored by a machine we call phones. But I really enjoy IntermittentFastingTracker and I’m looking forward to continue to fast.. stay healthy, exercise, eat well and monitor your calorie intake and you would do well by using IntermittentFastingTracker
by Spos
IntermittentFastingTracker is great. It’s as simple as it needs to be for something like this and it doesn’t have ads, a subscription, or any cost whatsoever. I used to use Fastic, which was pretty good, but a subscription, especially if you are just wanting a fancied up timer is beyond overkill. The “free” version of Fastic now plays ads when you are starting the timer, which is also overkill. IntermittentFastingTracker doesn’t have any of that and it’s completely free.
by קיי מ
I’ve been looking for a privacy-friendly fasting app, and this is one of the only I’ve seen that doesn’t collect any data. I also love the integration with the health app so I don’t have to manually enter in my weight every time. I saw another review here that said they wish there was a tip jar to help the dev, and I totally agree. Making an app that is both in-app purchase free, ad free, and collects no data is so rare, I wish I could give some money to support the creation on more apps like this.
by Flew2oz
I've tried several free apps. This is the best. IntermittentFastingTracker has so many features and options. You can edit your start and finish times which is great because I often forget to end the fast or forget to start the next one. It shows your progress and encourages you to keep going. It rewards you with badges for your accomplishments. I've been the most successful with IntermittentFastingTracker. It's my favorite by far. Thank you for offering it for free with no annoying ads.
by Screscenti
First thing I want to say is thank you Kai! Having a developer build an app with ZERO ads AND provides IntermittentFastingTracker for free is unheard of! We need more developers like this building really good apps! Now onto IntermittentFastingTracker portion. It's nearly perfect! It has all the pieces you need to fast with tons of options to turn on and off for notifications and the such. IntermittentFastingTracker on the Apple Watch works seemless with the phone and is quite an enjoyable experience. Built into IntermittentFastingTracker is a list of features that are requested from users and if they are actively being planned. I'll be dumping so many other apps now just because this made my life so much simpler with tracking my fasts.
by Maui Kid
Fasty is the best fasting app that I have used, and I have tried many to include subscription ones. Fasty is simple to use, has widgets and Apple WatchOS (complications) support. Kai, the developer even reached out to me within 5 minutes of me asking a question within IntermittentFastingTracker . Not sure what more you could want. It’s reliable, has lots of features, no ads or subscriptions and with fast support. My only complaint is that the developer doesn’t have a tip jar in IntermittentFastingTracker . This is definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ application.
by K Iosuejdoo
I love it! I needed to give me encouragement and remind me how my body is working and benefits of it! I recommend IntermittentFastingTracker, so be easy to use and you be don’t have to create account just download and start. It’s been less than a week that I started this intermittent fast while on IntermittentFastingTracker and already have done two of them. Thank you Fasty for your gracious an awesome features and service. I already have sent this by app to family and will continue to let family and friends to download!! Blessings
by Enjoys My Family
I don’t know why someone would create a fabulous app and not charge anything for it or want to scrape all my personal details. So all I can say is a super thank you! I’ve gone through about 7 apps in the last few days trying to find an app that allows custom fasts and lets me keep up with what I’m doing without costing an annual fee for content creation that I don’t want. Thanks!!
by SA_2003
There is beauty in simplicity. All these other apps want me logging my water, my activity, my meals, and now have some advertisement or stupid AI chat junk. Shut up. All I want is to track my fasts and weight and see stats on my fasts and weight. Nothing else. I have tried 100 apps before this one. Thank you for this amazing app and for making it free. It is so very appreciated.
by Shameroc
Knowing exactly where I am and what’s going on with my body is crucial, and Fasty is the best. It’s like a competition with myself, seeing how long I can go, with my time improving every day. It’s been about a week and I can already feel a huge difference, my eating habits are getting better, any bloating I had is gone, and I’ve dropped 8 pounds.
by 85Mytime85
So far IntermittentFastingTracker has been great and with no issues at all. It is very easy to use and does not cost a thing which is also an amazing thing! I’m hoping that when and if IntermittentFastingTracker does take off, the creator/s keep the price low so that more people can use it and have success in their weight loss journey. I am already down 3 lbs!!!
by Amandallogan
Fasting isn't the easiest thing to accomplish, but with IntermittentFastingTracker I am able to keep track of when I can eat and when i need to stop eating….the count down clock makes it to where i know how much time I have with a glance! This user interface is so simple and easy, press to start the fast press to stop the fast! IntermittentFastingTracker gives you badges for accomplishments like fasting streaks which makes you feel good for completing a goal and for working hard! Theres also a feature where you can log your weight, and if you want to lose weight you can put your target weight in and IntermittentFastingTracker helps you jeep track of your success….I like the fact that IntermittentFastingTracker is free.
by NYChiquitita
Love the fact that it works with my watch. I can add it to my main watch-face and click on it to initiate ‘Fasting time’ and/or complete my time. It gives me a percentage of time left and when I’m fasting, tells me at what time I started and when it’s time to end. I utilize my watch for almost everything… (possible). The phone app is clean and easy to use as well. Thank you thank you, for developing IntermittentFastingTracker!! - I’ve downloaded two other apps before this one; not much different and NEITHER one has smartwatch capabilities and there were both monthly subscriptions - nope I don’t do subscriptions for apps. Def recommend… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😃
by Groovy Jams
Very good app!! You can edit a start time of a fast, (if you forgot to start it before) and also can make a custom hour fast along with set time of fasts such as 16hr, 18hr, etc. Everything is clear and straight to the point, for example the start/end buttons, the time fasting, and goals for the fast. It also shows what fasting stage you’re in (such as fat burning, ketosis, etc) which i think is super cool. In the statistics you can add start and goal weights and it’s tracks your progress for you. It also says a bunch of cool and necessary information for your fasting journey. I would totally recommend IntermittentFastingTracker to anyone 😊
by Trixxie28
I’ve been fasting for 5 years and faithfully used LIFE tracker. However IntermittentFastingTracker gave out and I was desperately looking for another fasting app to track my fasts. I found IntermittentFastingTracker that does a lot more than IntermittentFastingTracker that I used before. I love that it provides insightful information about the stages of your fast and it also tracks your weight, given you input your weight data. The only downside and it’s just for me, I don’t like how the timer ticks on while I’m in an open window. I guess it works to hold you accountable but it makes me nervous as if I’m gonna miss my next fast lol.
by Alliepaca22
I like that nothing is locked behind a pay wall. It’s all easily logged and is just data. I don’t need the coach I don’t need the support group, I just need a way to track my information. This is the perfect app for me. If you already know what you’re doing and just want an easy way to track your information that isn’t hidden until you pay, this is IntermittentFastingTracker for you too. I still recommend a more coached app for beginners or at least someone nearby who knows what they’re doing so that you do it safely.
by Hockey Deb 05
I looked at many apps that said they didn’t require purchases, and they did. I just wanted a simple timer letting me know where I was in my fast and IntermittentFastingTracker is perfect. A little bit of education is also given as to what your body is doing during your hours of fasting. I also like that you can easily share feedback. IntermittentFastingTracker actually does what it says, and I like that it allows you to choose whether you’re counting up or down on your time. Thank you for being honest about what your app includes and doesn’t!
by Sandy Fasts
I found this fasting app gem thanks to “Jed Fasting” on You Tube. With so many apps out there, his review helped me lock in on this one and glad I did!
The Fasty App is user friendly and accomplishes exactly what I need - tracking my fasts! The counting timer display that signals what fasting periods (i.e., fat burning) is positive reinforcement to keep going! No pesky adds like other apps is much appreciated. I’m still working through the Stats section and its features but so far so good. I highly recommend IntermittentFastingTracker for someone who wants a solid app that says what it says it does!
Thanks, Fasty team!
by Barcai
I was using IntermittentFastingTracker my another company called LifeOmic. I can say that because IntermittentFastingTracker doesn’t exist anymore. That company decided in its infinite wisdom to end sunset the one good thing they had done for healthcare.
Then I discovered Fasty! Simple to use. Free! No silly, intrusive questions about you lifestyle. Just a honest tool for people like me who have been doing intermittent fasting for years now. I love the simplicity of IntermittentFastingTracker! The UI is one the best features about it! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for more than just another subscription based product.
by ALVIN 2 COLD
Thank you to the developers for creating IntermittentFastingTracker with the user in mind. Everything that you include with the features and beautiful design will cost in the average of $70 - $200 per year (Evern more with a monthly subscription). 💥So I REALLY appreciate you for doing this for the community and anyone thats aspire to create healthy habits without struggling to receive I pray God blessing you in return for you kindness! I look forward to testing and sharing my thoughts on your Future Features l and ideas 💡 in your Roadmap! Your project is on its way to #1 — I will share your app with friends and family along with anyone looking for a fasting app! I’m so pleased I found your app. GREAT JOB 🙌🏽 Please let me know if you start a TestFlight Application and I would love to join and help with feed back! Thank you!!! 🙏🏽

It’s rare I write a review. But in a world with every app to include simple ones trying to nickel and dime you to my surprise I found this. It’s not only free but incredibly well put together and simple to use. I would have been happy with just the timer but the devs go out there way to provide you insights and more. Hats off to these guys you guys are great. Putting weight loss behind a paywall seems out right wrong and I’m glad to see there still some incredible people left in this world who just want to help out.
by Jsixix
Idk what it is about IntermittentFastingTracker—perhaps it’s how simple it is that helps keep me consistent! I have lost 5 lbs in 4 days and it’s all thanks to IntermittentFastingTracker . I give IntermittentFastingTracker a lot of credit because I know if I didn’t have something to help me keep track or help me simplify fasts I wouldn’t do it at all. I just don’t have that kind of time to be honest and it helps that it’s not so overwhelming. I’m happy. I can say I’m truly happy and I hope it doesn’t change too much when they develop IntermittentFastingTracker more because I truly love how easy it is to use.
by Cmc199109
Love IntermittentFastingTracker and it’s a great option for people like me who do not want subscriptions and adds. It’s a basic but informative app and does the trick.
With that said, I found IntermittentFastingTracker because the Life app was discontinued. There was a feature where you w could schedule your fasts and it would remind you when to start it. I don’t see a way to do that on IntermittentFastingTracker yet. I do the same fasts every week so it would be great to see reminders for when I should start my fast.
by Super Anon
I haven’t used IntermittentFastingTracker for very long, but I like how simple it is. There are no bells and whistles which I actually find refreshing. (I don’t need a thousand different sections with information that’s *kind of* related as well as annoying ads…) I like that this shows the timing of the fasting/eating periods as well as basic info about the stage you’re in. That’s all I really need. It’s clear, easy to understand, and perfect if you’re just looking for a convenient way to keep track.
by Dragonfly2060
Fasty is totally perfect for people who don’t need to log their hydration, don’t need nutrition coaching, don’t want to spend their precious time reporting every ingredient in every meal — who just need a simple, quick, reliable way to track their intermittent fasting and eating windows daily and over time. I love how it keeps me on track with my IF, seamlessly keeps up with my schedule changes, without sucking up my time and attention with features I don’t need. And it’s FREE!! 🙌🌟👍 Thank you so so much Kai. Truly a gift.

After 'LIFE Fasting Tracker' shut down, I searched for another option to track my intermittent fasting online, but the ones i've used in the past now are updated with all kinds of ads and unnecessary features (fastic...). But IntermittentFastingTracker is perfect because it's not too overwhelming with information, doesn't bombard you with pop-ups or unwanted notifications, NO ADS (especially during these days, this is so rare and appreciated), easy to nagivate and customize, PRIVACY PROTECTING, and even more. I was worried it was going to be janky and suspicious-- like how older websites have that "give-you-a-virus" look-- but IntermittentFastingTracker genuinely looks professional, clean, and there's no bugs or errors I've come across while using it. Thank you developers for not hiding anything behind a paywall, us users really appreciate it :) you've made my and thousands of others' fasting journeys continue to be possible!
by MCMXCI10
Still missing some stuff but app asks for suggestions which is great as it has so much room for improvement. I am glad it’s a free app because it covers the basics to keep track of fasting time, and I am happy with that for now. I used to use another app that was free about 3 years ago, it included some nice features but now charges a lot for all features, even those that no one ever uses and the most basic ones that one shouldn’t have to pay an arm and leg for.
by Nikkiedikkie
So my old fasting app (life) got terminated a bit ago, and I found this one on some Reddit form! It is amazing everything I loved about the old app is here plus it’s features aren’t behind a paywall unlike all its competitor!!!! IntermittentFastingTracker has so many nice features including weight log, logging fasting time with adjustable times, demographics on you fasting and weight, and my favorite it tells you what state of ketosis or fat burning you’re in. It’s Incredible and I would recommend this over anything else you’ll find, trust me I was looking for a while!
by Emotran
I’m completely blown away. I had been using the Zero app for a while but wasn’t paying much attention lately. Then I decided to try something new and found Fasty. I’m absolutely amazed. It’s so simple, so elegant, and offers a great user experience—and it’s free. No nonsense, just a fantastic app for tracking your fasting.
It’s clearly made with a lot of care; everything is right where it should be. The functionality is impressive, from the widgets to the shortcuts. I’ve fallen in love with intermittent fasting all over again because of IntermittentFastingTracker. It feels like a good friend supporting you from behind—straightforward, communicative, and incredibly easy to use, down to every detail, including the Apple Watch integration.
Amazing work, an incredible gift to the fasting community! Bravo!
by Jaxmommma
I’ve tried probably 5 intermittent fasting apps over the last 18 months and this one is the best. It times not only your fasts but eating windows as well (meaning when you click end fast, a new timer starts). I just got back from a trip in another time zone and noticed that the data tracked against my home time zone, meaning on the days I traveled, it captured the lengths accurately. Don’t let the 16:8 in IntermittentFastingTracker Store description mislead, you can set whatever IF protocol you want. I love that it just focuses on fasting, doesn’t yap at you about calories, water intake, exercise, etc. There is a weight tracking option but I don’t use it.
by Rose✨1201
I'm a trucker and I change time zones all the time and I haven't been able to find a good fasting app that won't mess up the time with different time zones and it has widgets so I can look at my screen and see oh iv got 3 more hours before I can eat, okie dokie. No subscription stuff anywhere, shows u your fasting graphs and weight loss process! Clean userface and easy to use. For IntermittentFastingTracker that it is and everything listed for it it is a 5 star perfection!
Only thing I wish IntermittentFastingTracker had is live notifications. It'd be nice if I could see how much time I have left on my lock screen like how some apps have.
by Jen If Er
With all the other “free, but for 7 days” apps out there, and the Life fasting app now gone, I just needed an app that tracked my fasts with no fuss or frills. I have the ability to change my fasting start and end times which is great because sometimes I forget to stop or start a fast that I wanted to track. I can log my weight and make a weight goal. It does basic tracking of trends by week, month, and year. Trends include total fasting hours, eating window, and weight. Many thanks to the creator!
by DannyCeleste
I’ve tried a few other fasting apps and didn’t feel it was a great fit for me! This one does everything I need it to do without any interruptions or making me buy a monthly or annual subscription to get the full access. I love that I am able to track my fasting and eating window and can change it as needed. I’m currently doing 18:6 and it tracks my weight loss, water intake etc. just down load it. You won’t be disappointed
by FrogGirlEmmy
Being able to track your fast helps so much because guessing and trying to remember your timing is not going to give the results you want! IntermittentFastingTracker is great you can track your weight, the different stages of your fast, I love the countdown reminding you an hour left and halfway, and seeing my progress. I am a snack lover so IntermittentFastingTracker really helps me stay motivated. I even got my husband on it now! :)
by Amnos55
Thank you very much for your time and effort in making IntermittentFastingTracker!!
Just downloaded this and was able to easily set up. I just want to track weight, time and hydration (not available). It doesn’t have features that I am not interested in. I am guessing it doesn’t take a lot of space on my phone. Suggestion for future updates if you have time: expand fast timer to include 36 - 72 hours(I set as days and hours this time) and hydration tracker.
by ADreensRenee
I’ve tried a few different fasting apps out there and this one is definitely my favorite. Simple, easy to use, easily times not only your fast but also your eating window when you’re done fasting.
The one thing I wish it had was a food log to add with each day’s eating window! I use fasting based off my hormone cycle since fasting is done differently for women. So logging the foods I’m eating throughout my cycle would also be amazing to do!
by Dalesspot
I used another fasting app for 3 months. I liked it but didn’t feel like I needed to pay for it anymore. So I searched for a free one. I found this and another one, so I downloaded both. This one didn’t ask any personal information like my name or email, the other one wanted me to create a login - but for what? So I deleted that one and went with this. I just really wanted a fasting timer and a goal keeper. This one is perfect.
by Stressbuster
IntermittentFastingTracker helps me track my fasting time and eating window. It helps me be more aware and accountable. I really like being able to look at my weekly and monthly trends. I also like that since each 24 hr period is recorded, I know when I've done a 24 hour (+) fast.
by Jake 899
I’ve never written a review on an app before this. After trying multiple apps, the simplicity and intuitive design of IntermittentFastingTracker just make it better than any other fasting app on the market. Easy to pick up and use. No subscription. No account. Just download and start tracking, keep it up
by Noctrl
I looked high and low for a good “simple” (but not Simple) IF timer app that didn’t want me to buy an expensive subscription and try to ding me with 30 unnecessary notifications per day. IntermittentFastingTracker is perfect for people who are already disciplined and know how to eat healthily and when to hydrate. If I could give it 6 stars I would!
by Nadia1207
I’ve downloaded a *lot* of fasting apps, looking for one that doesn’t force you to wade through basic articles and an unnecessary stack of features, built not to enhance the actual functionality of IntermittentFastingTracker but to justify its subscription cost. I’m so glad I found IntermittentFastingTracker — it is exactly what I need, nothing more and nothing less.
by Provofam
Very happy with IntermittentFastingTracker. I was looking for an app that tracks my fasts so that I can quickly look at to see my progress. Seeing my progress helps me stay focused when I get hungry. I also really appreciate that IntermittentFastingTracker isn’t constantly looking for add ons that cost money. Easy to use and just what I was looking for.
by 23:1 Warrior
First off This is the best fasting app I ever seen not only it got the most features but it is completely free.
I know there are these fasting options that are pretty good but there should also be a fasting option for alternative day fasting like 36:12 where you fast for 36 hours and eat in a 12 hour eating period.
by Chrisg630
I was having trouble editing the start time, but I figured out that I had to delete a previous fast that was listed in there because it won’t let you have a start time that’s earlier than the end of your previous fast.
by Jbcindy
Great app. It has the features you need. Works well for long time fasters who don’t need extras, just simple tracking. I have not had any issues using it. Was hard for me to import my Zero data but this is likely a me issue as the developer was very helpful.
by KiraRose22
I was looking for an app that gave me relevant information and a clean user interface. IntermittentFastingTracker keeps me engaged in my fasting but also allows customization of what I do and do not want to see when I open it. Perfect for what I was searching for. On top of that, it is free to use. Thank you!
by Elpove
Ok, i am very experienced in fasting and you dont need to have a fancy app that does like 200 things for fasting. IntermittentFastingTracker let you have the essential things and just fast. For free? Thats even better in a era when everybody wants to charge you something!! Thanks a lot to the developer for this!!!!!
by Wonder2.0
I have downloaded so many fasting apps. Only to delete them. Your app is perfect! I appreciate the simplicity and options to fast any way I decide without paying to do it. I also like that you can easily edit when you start. Love IntermittentFastingTracker .
