Can’t login

Haven’t been able to login to EmbarkCard and just get some basic error message. Try to login through the website and that is unsuccessful as well. Can’t monitor my account or make payments. Very inconvenient and frustrating. I have reached out to customer service by email twice since November 30 and it is now December 11. No response from customer service at all. This is the most horrible unprofessional card/business I have ever worked with.

Unable to sign in for months

I have to pay by phone for the second month in a row. EmbarkCard worked fine at first, which I guess was after the most recent update 4 months ago. My password is saved so it’s definitely not an issue there. I just get the same error message every time. I tried removing and reinstalling EmbarkCard also. It says it should be compatible with my phone.

App doesn’t work

I created an account entered all info needed and when I try to log in it says User name not found. I reset it a couple times and still no good. Total waste of time, I’ll have to pay my bill over the phone I guess.

Doesn't work

EmbarkCard doesn't work. I've tried many times and it hasn't for a while. Why they don't fix it is beyond me. Having to call customer service to get an agent or having to punch in 16 digits is a pain with an automated system.

EmbarkCard is terrible. It keeps dropping me as a Face ID. I have authorized it 4 times and it works for a few days and stops working
