I used CaféZupasRewards because I often have issues when ordering via the website. Somehow, CaféZupasRewards is even worse. First, it took me several attempts to get CaféZupasRewards to find my address for delivery. I had used to the saved address under my profile that Zupas has delivered to multiple times, and it kept saying it wasn’t available. Finally, I re-entered the exact same address, and I was finally able to start my order. Then the real frustration began. At least four times, I went through the entire process of adding all of my items to the cart. The indicator in the top corner even said I had two meals in my cart. Then every time I went to check out, they suddenly cleared and it said a didn’t have any items selected. Okay, fine, let me try again. Lather, rinse, repeat. Finally I decided to do my order via the web browser, and when I logged in to my account it said I had 8 items already in my cart for a total of $65 (though when I checked my cart, all the menu items were blank/“not found”). So it must have cached my info from CaféZupasRewards login, but not in any way that was useful. Okay. Delete them all one by one. Go back to menu. Finally get items in cart and complete checkout via web. How on earth can you roll out an app so dysfunctional that it can’t even do the bare minimum of its intended function?
