It’s so frustrating using 7LeavesCafe that has been update a 1,000 and one times! I recently got a new phone and had saved up enough points for 3 drinks. When I downloaded 7LeavesCafe on the new phone my points was at zero! I only used one email for 7LeavesCafe on my old phone and still nothing.... The description of 7LeavesCafe says that it offers “exclusive offers and much more”. I have never seen an exclusive offer. Multiple times leaves were not being charged to my account. Was supposed to get 45 leaves for a birthday reward, didn’t show up after 5 days. 7LeavesCafe is okay, but when you try to order using it it won’t let me add my credit card. Which is the whole point of having a mobile order option. I would delete it but then I wouldn’t be able to scan for points

The double click to pay “slide button” on iPhone 13 pro, iOS 15.1.1 doesn’t work. It does nothing when double click to pay, it fails before the Face ID verification step.

Much like everyone else 7LeavesCafe does not work for me. When trying to order ahead I can’t select from any of the menus options. I’m just stuck tapping away at a still stand screen. 7LeavesCafe works perfectly fine for me. I haven’t come across any problems and often order ahead to avoid the long drive thru. However, I’m only giving it 4 stars because it would be nice if they could add the option of ordering the jugs on 7LeavesCafe too.

Better than their non eco friendly stamp cards that I always forget at home. Also ya get free stars for your birthday enough to get a free drink ! I really like 7LeavesCafe and think it’s very easy to use, but I suggest adding secret menu drinks on the menu. I always order love cream, but I can’t add half and half to my jasmine milk tea. It would be nice if 7LeavesCafe let you order their yummy strawberry croissants. If I did a drink mobile order and wanted a croissant I’d have to stand in their order line (which can be long) instead of the mobile order pickup line, according to them.

I love that I can order ahead of time and not have to stand in the long line in order to place an order. I also love how easy it is to place an order via 7LeavesCafe. I wish there was an area where I can add something extra like a cup of ice water when I place my order on 7LeavesCafe.

Love the design of 7LeavesCafe ! It allows you to order drinks for pickup or delivery through a new points (leaf) system or paying! Overall really easy to use and convenient. Went and picked up my order immediately without any problems. Would recommend 7LeavesCafe for all 7Leaves lovers!

Not only is ordering in the store already quick enough, ordering by 7LeavesCafe makes it even quicker! Order your drinks at home and the drinks are ready by the time you get to the store. That way when you get to the store you don’t even have to wait. 7LeavesCafe is easy to use and I love the rew... Show more ards point program. Trying to order for pickup but when I go to add a payment method, a blank white screen pops up and nothing happens. Tried WiFi vs. cellular and also deleted and reinstalled but still didn’t work. Really helpful with all this COVID-19 going around! I don’t need to go in store anymore to order and I can skip the long lines! Very helpful. However I do think the reward system could be improved, it’s still a more efficient system than stamp cards.

Where are the two NorCal locations? San Jose and Saratoga?

Love everything about this long awaited option for 7 Leaves
