7 Leaves Cafe Reviews

Much like everyone else 7LeavesCafe does not work for me. When trying to order ahead I can’t select from any of the menus options. I’m just stuck tapping away at a still stand screen. The only way I’ve been able to even remotely order is if I choose from the reorder history. Other then that I guess it works but they definitely NEED to fix that issue. I love ordering from here every other day. But 7LeavesCafe is all most pointless to have the only thing you can pretty much use it for is scanning in for points each time you visit. I have it three stars just because I’m kinda able to order ahead.

The double click to pay “slide button” on iPhone 13 pro, iOS 15.1.1 doesn’t work. It does nothing when double click to pay, it fails before the Face ID verification step.

The feature works on my phone when using other apps such as Starbucks and Coffee Beans so this seems to be specific to the 7 leaves app and the iPhone 13 pro with latest iOS 15.1.1. Please check it out and fix this bug .

7 Leaves is great and is delicious, and I’m glad they have a loyalty program, but buttons in 7LeavesCafe don’t work. For example, when I go to order ahead and pick up in store, when I try to press the coffee or tea buttons, nothing happens. I have deleted and redownloaded 7LeavesCafe numerous times in hopes of fixing this and have seen reviews that it has been fixed. I talked to staff in person and they said that it has been happening to multiple customers. It’s there a possibility this could be fixed?

Trying to order for pickup but when I go to add a payment method, a blank white screen pops up and nothing happens. Tried WiFi vs. cellular and also deleted and reinstalled but still didn’t work. Since there isn’t an option to pay in-store, this issue makes 7LeavesCafe essentially unusable for making orders.

Nice interface though. Will change my rating once they fix the issue.

Not only is ordering in the store already quick enough, ordering by 7LeavesCafe makes it even quicker! Order your drinks at home and the drinks are ready by the time you get to the store. That way when you get to the store you don’t even have to wait. 7LeavesCafe is easy to use and I love the rewards point program. It’s basically a 7 leaves stamp card but to the next level.

Multiple times leaves were not being charged to my account. Was supposed to get 45 leaves for a birthday reward, didn’t show up after 5 days. Decided to use my own leaves that I had already saved up, pick up in store, and see if the in store staff could help me. Staff said that they would charge the leaves back to my account, would take a couple business days. Great sounds good! A week later and those leaves still aren’t in my app. Kinda disappointing tbh. 7LeavesCafe itself is nice and all but don’t trust the reward programs

Bought 6 drinks and had 7LeavesCafe scanned, but no leaves show up in my app.. if I had known that would’ve happened, I would’ve made sure to get it scanned again. I like the concept of 7LeavesCafe , but unfortunately you can’t make custom mixed orders. Overall, I think the apps seems pretty convenient, but might be a bit buggy

I love 7 Leaves and I’m glad I can order ahead but I wish they had their strawberry croissants and sandwiches on 7LeavesCafe to order along with their half gallons. It would also be nice to be order a mask on 7LeavesCafe to pick up because I hate having to go in every other day just to check if they have restocked :(

I was glad to see 7leaves was coming out with an eco-friendly and convenient method of rewarding customers and facilitating advance orders! However, 7LeavesCafe never allows me to redeem any of my reward points for some reason, employees never ask if I’d like to scan my app before promptly shutting the window in my face, and often times when I do manage to ask them to scan my app, it doesn’t even scan after many many awkward attempts ): pls fix this it makes it hard to want to revisit 7leaves

I love that I can order ahead of time and not have to stand in the long line in order to place an order. I also love how easy it is to place an order via 7LeavesCafe. I wish there was an area where I can add something extra like a cup of ice water when I place my order on 7LeavesCafe.

Love the design of 7LeavesCafe ! It allows you to order drinks for pickup or delivery through a new points (leaf) system or paying! Overall really easy to use and convenient. Went and picked up my order immediately without any problems. Would recommend 7LeavesCafe for all 7Leaves lovers!

The description of 7LeavesCafe says that it offers “exclusive offers and much more”. I have never seen an exclusive offer. Unlike the Starbucks app which takes into account cents spent, 7LeavesCafe rounds down from whole dollar (for example $5.75 is only 5 leaves). Therefore, I end up having to buy more drinks to reach a reward, unlike before which I could easily reach a free drink with the punch card.

7LeavesCafe works perfectly fine for me. I haven’t come across any problems and often order ahead to avoid the long drive thru. However, I’m only giving it 4 stars because it would be nice if they could add the option of ordering the jugs on 7LeavesCafe too.

It’s so frustrating using 7LeavesCafe that has been update a 1,000 and one times! I recently got a new phone and had saved up enough points for 3 drinks. When I downloaded 7LeavesCafe on the new phone my points was at zero! I only used one email for 7LeavesCafe on my old phone and still nothing. There is no information listed on how to contact for customer service or help.

All I want are the points that I have earned and spent money on to earn.

7LeavesCafe is okay, but when you try to order using it it won’t let me add my credit card. Which is the whole point of having a mobile order option. I would delete it but then I wouldn’t be able to scan for points

Better than their non eco friendly stamp cards that I always forget at home. Also ya get free stars for your birthday enough to get a free drink ! The FAQ says 1 week BEFORE your birthday but mine showed up the day of so... the stars always take a while to show up, but it usually does within 2-5 minutes so keep refreshing !

Really helpful with all this COVID-19 going around! I don’t need to go in store anymore to order and I can skip the long lines! Very helpful. However I do think the reward system could be improved, it’s still a more efficient system than stamp cards.

I really like 7LeavesCafe and think it’s very easy to use, but I suggest adding secret menu drinks on the menu. I always order love cream, but I can’t add half and half to my jasmine milk tea. Other than that, I was able to add caramel and such. Or it’s easier to have a section for notes so we can type the modifications.

Please fix the bugs in 7LeavesCafe once you order 2 of the same items but customize one it will give you exactly the same thing and when walking in the store the workers get mad because they claim you messed up the order but it’s 7LeavesCafe please fix this annoying bug because it makes thing complicated in the store and before it was perfectly fine

It would be nice if 7LeavesCafe let you order their yummy strawberry croissants. If I did a drink mobile order and wanted a croissant I’d have to stand in their order line (which can be long) instead of the mobile order pickup line, according to them.

Love everything about this long awaited option for 7 Leaves

Where are the two NorCal locations? San Jose and Saratoga?
