Not worth the weekly subscription much less 100 dollars a year. Each video I tried, locked up at 45 percent and never completed. There are no tools to use to make edits, select aspect ratio, set video length, etc… you can’t even edit the video description if you make a mistake without out having to basically delete the text as you write it. I should hope I can find something better for my money.

The official sora is not yet available to public, this company is using the “sora” look to make you think its sora, but it’s not. I tried it, and I got a super low quality crappy video, nothing compared to what sora does, or even these other free ai generators

I have tried several times to submit my text in order to generate the video. Absolutely nothing happens. I am very glad I signed up for the most limited (week by week) subscription. I have now canceled it.

I just bought VIDAI yesterday. I’m in the process of creating my first video. It’s been stuck in “starting” since last night. I restarted and it’s been several hours and has not created a video. What should I do?

Everything I type, the response comes back “Inappropriate Content”. How is “walking through Times Square” inappropriate? Waste of money. Don’t bother downloading.

This is not the Real open ai sora, i’ve tried creating a video using short prompts and it does not work at all as described in the ad. don’t fall for this scam. it’s a modded chat gpt 3.5 with image features

It generated a few decent gif-like images but now it’s not even working. I try to keep my descriptions short yet imaginative and VIDAI just stalls on “starting” indefinitely. It’s still doing this even after closing and restarting VIDAI several times. There’s nothing here that I can’t get from using a search engine and I’m annoyed that I just paid 10 dollars for a so-so app that still needs a lot of work. Lesson learned.

The content I am able to generate looks substantially more simple than the samples shown in the advert.

My first attempts were rejected for community compliance. I was attempting to get a fake person singing happy birthday.

I tried phrases that fit within the available text field and got different results than expected. More specific descriptions got better results, as expected, but the clips were too short for any use but time-limited social media.

My last attempts were to generate a 2D display of proto-Canaanite pictographic alphabet, one character at a time. The screen results were not deciferable.

I think the phrase input field needs a multi-line textarea type control on the front end. Possibly users like me reading more instructions before use.

When you download VIDAI it immediately prompts you to start a paid subscription. You can click the X in the corner to dismiss it then it takes you to type in prompt text.

Regardless of what you type in, when you hit generate it prompts you to select a subscription payment option, not allowing you to continue without paying.

Also, VIDAI likes to largely display SORA and Video AI in it’s marketing and App Icon but this is not Open AI’s Sora model but some kind of Open-Source derived model. Not sure that it’s legal to that and I’m kind of disappointed that VIDAI Store allows apps to do things like this.

I was very specific and detailed about my prompts. I couldn’t get anything remotely useful for my social media. I wish it worked but it’s pretty terrible. Also I still haven’t figured out how to cancel the subscription. Grrrt

This service only worked for 5 videos and after it doesn’t/hasn’t uploaded anything else. I definitely felt scammed out of this experience.

VIDAI is fake, ignore the review you see up there, VIDAI ask for payments before you could open it, I did subscribe hoping to see how it works, immediately the payment was confirmed VIDAI stopped working, I can’t use it to make any video. I payed 108 dollars for this fake app. I don’t know why Apple allow apps like this on the Apple Store. Something is not right. Why would anyone give a half star for VIDAI. Shame on the developer, get a life. I’ll give the one star so I can post the review here for others to see scammers

Video takes longer than 5 minutes to generate not as they indicated. And mostly they end up with an error message instead of getting a video. Moreover, all videos are only 00:04 long.

I paid 9.99 for a week trial, it worked the first few hours and now won’t create anything. Everything I enter says “inappropriate content” Even the most simple request will not load. I lost $9.99 so you don’t have to.

Unfortunately there is no option to try VIDAI without paying for it. I’m hopeful that the developers will create a free version for people to experiment with and see if they like it before paying for something they might be disappointed in.

VIDAI did not produce a single video. Nada.

What a waste of $10, the no trial should have been a red flag. I attempted to make a commercial video for my company and it never produced/created one.

Generates random videos- never with your content.

First three attempts failed, then a fourth succeeded but the output was terribly low resolution and poor quality. Fifth attempt was blocked without a paid subscription.

I downloaded VIDAI two days ago. I patiently waited for hours for AI videos to appear. I never saw a single render. Tried rebooting and a number of other strategies. No luck. Proceed at your own risk and frustration.

Input a prompt and it does nothing. “Starting” but never produces anything. Says it takes upwards of 5 minutes, but at the 15 minute mark - still nothing. What a waste.

Gen-2 does not work. Stable diffusion works ok but I really wanted gen-2

I know this is new technology and needs worked out but the price shouldn’t be this high and it needs this much work still done to it as the videos rendered have big glitches and other issues. Hope these bugs are worked out soon I was really excited to be let down this much.

I have an iPhone 14, idk if maybe I’m doing something wrong, but once I put in a prompt, even after waiting about 15-20 minutes, nothing happens. Would love to really sink my teeth into VIDAI, the possibilities and capabilities but it just doesn’t seem to work.
I’ve deleted VIDAI and reinstalled it, I cleared extra space in my storage, nothing seems to work.

Unique in concept to some degree, but hardly functional. After paying the cost of $9.99 for a 7 day period (with no trial offered) I found result after result of little to nothing at all. Tv static like moving images with a shutterstock watermark atop it. Not the best.

I want to like VIDAI so badly, but no matter what I try, the clips are only about one second long, even if I say, make a 10 second clip. And there is no way to find help or contact support in VIDAI , so I’m stuck with something that seems incapable of creating anything I can actually use.

This program is not what I expected. I would like my money back and unsubscribe please.

I know these AI apps are developing everyday, and I’d like to be the first to congratulate you for your launch sir! And I’m hoping I was your first subscriber for nine dollars I think? So that would give me “clout”. I’m having difficulty finding tools to help me make my commercial perhaps further development? I unfortunately will have to unsubscribe as me needs have pressing time constraints, but shall check on your progress in the future! Also I thought you would like to know you were the first suggestion a VERY popular chatgtp suggested so….tremendous job!! I won’t submit a refund to you or my bank instead you keep it and I hope that your end product is beyond even your expectations!!
