Purchased a one year subscription then three months later they sent a message talking about all the enhancements to the membership.

Those enhancements included higher fees, fewer auctions allowed to be won, geographic restrictions that were not previously present, fewer authorized pickup personnel and other great enhancements that wanted to charge me more and provide less in the way of service.

They have the business for some large national chains and make a ton of money from that and have more auctions than most sites but they also are the worst auction site.

They constantly reply to messages with “great idea” that then goes into a vacuum with zero enhancements over quite a few years.

When I am ready to buy a unit I check every other site first because I don’t like how they run there business.

Would have let the sleeping dog lie but they sent an email asking for reviews. Seems like I am not the only unhappy customer.

Can’t even get past the second step of authentication of my phone number because they make the submit button past the screen and when you scroll to the button it’s not clickable. So basically, I’m stuck with a useless app. Good job creating an app that people can’t fully use. Maybe test it before releasing it

Hey normally I don’t leave bad reviews so I apologize but I want to use StorageTreasuresAuctionApp but I’ve been waiting for since last Friday for my account to be reviewed normally I wouldnt have a problem waiting but it’s now Thursday and I’m still waiting for my account to be reviewed I think if you can take away the review part it would go a lot more smoothly. I have been looking for a app like this for a long time but it stinks because I can’t use it

Zip code search only works half the time, occasionally loses track of scroll point and reloads losing where you were in process, hangs with endless spinner occasionally, zooming images often causes swipes, no dark mode

Something is not right why cancel the auction just because the bids aren’t that high I don’t understand was the point then you guys put storages in auctions but like all someone will win is the garbage that u guys want us to clean up that ain’t right

My storage bidding account was suspended due to a facility error or (pettiness) & storage treasures did nothing to help.

So I bid on a unit & won once I arrived to the facility we realized it was a “Manager Special “ however it was not labeled as that on the website. We took it up with the general manager & he admitted to the mistake but wouldn’t refund our $280 however he said he would add me to his email list incase any tenants left items behind we could go pick up whatever they left (I didn’t care much for this) so we came to an agreement I wouldn’t get my money back & my account wouldn’t be suspended. I stopped doing units through the winter & once I was ready to start bidding again I realized they didn’t suspend my account & I was definitely added to that stupid email list. I messaged storage treasure for help & I told them my account of what happened & I received zero help & was permanently blocked . I wouldn’t bid on this site . It’s not the first time I have a problem with them . If no stars was an option I would do that

How StorageTreasuresAuctionApp/ company is still in business and running after 4 years is incredible you would think StorageTreasuresAuctionApp was thrown together yesterday. I finally just gave up, their cvs system claims my address doesn’t match billing. I couldn’t edit myself and had to have them do so took a total of 4 days to make it happen, almost non existent customer support. After they edited to my P.O. Box where i receive my mail and use every other app and auction sites same entries. StorageTreasuresAuctionApp flags it and it doesn’t match so much for bidding. I wonder how much business the storage unit sites are missing out on it has to be astronomical.

I quit storage treasures a few months ago, left because of the higher premiums, you have to pay to see auctions that are over 300 miles away, you have to pay to bid over a $1000 on an auction, you have to pay to get the original 10% premium charge. Then if you happen to win an auction, you can’t make any money on it because you have to pay too much, NO THANKS. I’ve gone elsewhere, like most of the reviews I’ve just read

Right off the bat when signing up for an account, you’re asked to verify your identity by providing photo verification of yourself & a form of gov’t issued ID, along with the “option” (lol) to give away your ssn. Then your asked identifying questions as a follow up. If you have questions regarding this process you’re directed to a small blog post containing info about something named “identiflo”… which after googling returns very few matching results.. 1, of which also appears to be the most recent, from 2022 by a company that doesn’t even promote their “identiflo” system on their current webpage, instead boasting about a different ID verification system….Absolutely zero info is given on what safeguards “Storage Treasures” has in place to safeguard the info we’re expected to just hand over to them no questions asked.. is the info destroyed immediately? Is it stored on a server? If so, what kind of encryption is used to protect that server? In today’s age, these are all some of the most basic things a company asking for this info should readily put forth… You can sit there and snicker “oh he’s overreacting… what’s he trying to hide? Hmmmmm?” … & the answer is simply .. nothing at all.. blindly follow the interwebs all you want… just know that to the online criminal underworld.. your photo id, payment info, & possibly even your ssn!!?? Is basically the same as a crackhead who finds himself locked in the evidence holding room inside an empty police precinct…

12 Year full time storage buyer here: Since going online instead of holding live local auctions, the storage facilities have started scamming buyers. They have a “no trash” policy, so instead of hiring a trash removal service to clean out trash and broken items left behind by tenants, they pack it into units and sell it as “storage lockers”. Most of the units now are tossed and picked through also by the facility employees who also are responsible for “staging” the lockers. This is encouraged by the storage companies to recover their losses by non-paying tenants. You can still find a decent locker here and there but beware because a lot of what you see will turn out to be broken or damaged goods. You have been warned.

I was a pro member before their price changes. My premium was 10% because of that. Suddenly, without warning, I noticed that even though I am paying extra each month, the premium was being charged at 15%. What showed me they are greedy was that on a $10 unit, I was charged $10 in premium. For a $40 unit I was charged $10, and and for a $100 unit I was charged $15 in premium. Before I used to pay less with each unit. Besides that, the actual user experience has not improved in any way. If anything, StorageTreasuresAuctionApp and website fail more. Charging more for less is just greed.
I went from buying 3-4 units a week to now buying 3-4 a month.

Storage Treasures provides a useful service. However, there seems to be a little shady business that’s not addressed in StorageTreasuresAuctionApp , website, or through their customer service.
When you bid on a unit, and are outbid, but the winning bidder does not decide to purchase the unit, you will receive an offer from Storage Treasures to buy the unit for the last bid that you made. You are given two options, accept or reject the offer. This practice feels a little shady, and opens the door for facilities to run the price up with no intention to actually buy.

My suggestion to Storage Treasures app devs is to #1; Provide the actual bid list and #2 if an offer is given, it should exclude any bids that the winning bidder (that never intended to actually pay) put in.

I’ve been burned a few times, and my faith in these facilities and StorageTreasuresAuctionApp have diminished significantly. Please fix this.

I’ve been using this site and now StorageTreasuresAuctionApp for years but there are quite a few problems that need to be addressed. First off, why do I need to do a MFA every time I log in? Banking and stock trading sites don’t even require this level of security.

StorageTreasuresAuctionApp is great. Everything seems to work like it’s supposed to! but StorageTreasuresAuctionApp is for bidding on the units and the person taking the picture is usually always posting blurry pics and you can’t see what you’re bidding on!

Love the thought of an app. However I get logged out probably 10-15 times a day and have to get a text. In addition for some reason ever since i have started using StorageTreasuresAuctionApp , at least 4 times now my payment method has been deleted…. I just had to re do it again. Super frustrating especially if I’m trying to win a unit

The photos are what make online auctions work. In person you can smell the contents of the unit, sometimes from a mile away. So if we can't get at least a quality photo to bid off of, you're basically gambling on what you think you see in the unit. I could not figure out how to zoom or enlarge photos from StorageTreasuresAuctionApp . The photo quality is not as crisp as online. Sadly they did not add any function by creating StorageTreasuresAuctionApp, and now the company can gather more data from the users.

From my experiences on StorageTreasuresAuctionApp they’re some goods legit bidding but I don’t like the 3 minute adds to an auction seems like it’s a way to continue the auction to better for storage owners and auction house also don’t like that storage facilities can pull out of an auction where people have bid and be able to repost without a fee or a suspension so they can’t post for a month as a consequence and add names to who we are bidding against so there’s no third party bidding up these auctions and taking better photos without going in and picking out what they want out of the storages other than that StorageTreasuresAuctionApp is pretty straightforward

I love buddy on the storage units and love that you are providing an app to do so, HOWEVER…StorageTreasuresAuctionApp needs much improvement to make it useful. When I click on my bids, it provides me with a half inch screen and does not provide the information of every bid if you have more than once. I love the zip code entry, as I travel a lot and work from the area my husband’s job puts us. It would be nice to list the city and state to the near me pile. There are a few more issues but please address these first. Thanks in advance.

StorageTreasuresAuctionApp has a lot to develop
1) when you trying to search it doesn’t update and keep searching the wrong zip code
2) when you try to make a new search it keep bugging and you have to close StorageTreasuresAuctionApp to make a new search

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I sent a email and got no response on this matter so I guess this is the way to go.
StorageTreasuresAuctionApp seems to work ok but what I hate about it is that every time I open it I have to get a text message with a code to verify who I am. This isn’t Fort Knox , come on! I stay logged in on the website why won’t it do it with StorageTreasuresAuctionApp ?

This is handy to pull up ina pinch. My biggest issues is if you leave StorageTreasuresAuctionApp open in the background for too long it will freeze/lock up. You have to close and reopen StorageTreasuresAuctionApp . It would be nice to have page numbers that you could move forward or back, instead of having to scroll through every locker to get back to the day you were looking at.

My only complaint is that the unit size is not on the search. You have to individually click on each search item to see its size. On the website, this is given on each searched item. If this were fixed, it would be 5 stars.

I've been using storage treasures for 2 years now. I truly enjoy the treasure hunt. I really enjoy the use of StorageTreasuresAuctionApp now to scan through everything, as well as manage, track, & make bids! This a great addition to their website, so no complaints on my end.

StorageTreasuresAuctionApp is great. I can finally bid on storage auctions while on the go. It just launch so there are things that need to be fixed but so far everything is perfect and the quality of the images holds its clarity.
