Can’t login or reset PW

IOW, BringaTrailerAuctions doesn’t work.

Please fix your app!

The videos play choppy. You have to restart the video 5 times just to get through them!!! Really frustrating! And before u say my phone is too old l, its a 1 year old iphone 14 with 1tb memory. Plus when I abandon the crappy app and just go to bring a trailer dot com all the videos run fine. SO IT IS DEFINITELY BringaTrailerAuctions WITH THE PROBLEMS.

Garbage

Can’t log in. Log in fine on web. Garbage

Terribly slow to load

Use the website or you’ll miss out. It is excruciating slow to load and that’s on fast WiFi

Doesn’t Work

Locks up, can’t log in.

Big listings questionable cars, weak filters

At first I was excited to browse, but the filters are the WEAKEST I've ever seen.

You can filter by mileage, price, transmission, engine...nothing.

The filters are "Era", nationality of the car (WGAF) or things like "parts"(?).

Started to get excited about a listing and discovered in the 60 photos that the screen on the car was burnt out- no mention in the description. Blink-and-you-miss-it.

I guess that for a sight-unseen car bidding system it sure has a low bar and offers no quality control on listings.

Pass.

Very glitchy.

Very glitchy. Often have to reload and refresh manually. I actually lost an auction because of an error in BringaTrailerAuctions . I recommend bidding using the desktop site. Also, no iPad version (at least at this time).

Web version works a lot better

It’s a brand new app, so not too surprising that it is slow and glitchy. Web version is much easier to use better all around right now. Deleted.

App Not Ready for Primetime

I love the idea of having an app to browse/follow/bid on BaT auctions. However, BringaTrailerAuctions as of September 2023 is not yet usable. Very glitchy. Pages take forever to load, if they load at all. App seems to freeze all the time. I’m sure with time all of these issues will be worked out, but right now BringaTrailerAuctions is there yet if it wants to compete with the website.

Looking forward to updates and bug fixes!

Too buggy, deleted

Tried for a couple weeks, often freezes on load, screen area on iPad is wasted compared to web version.

Extremely slow loading

I’ve been experiencing extremely slow load times across all listings. It doesn’t make sense that you release an app this popular and don’t load test your servers. I’m hoping the devs see what’s happening and resolve because it’s painful.

Great idea

Great idea and will support it. Needs work. A bit clunky. When searching, it doesn’t automatically populate like when searching on the website. It’s also not very smooth. Has great potential.

Bidding window problem.

The black, bidding window at the bottom of an auction. The buttons overpower the bid. The dollar amount of the current offer is vertically listed on the left side. It’s hard to see what the actual number is. This is annoying and frustrating. I also do not see the countdown clock. You still have some fine-tuning to do. Please note I have larger fonts on my phone so I can see.

Need larger viewing space on listing

When viewing an individual listing, half the screen space is taken for a black box showing the price and the bid, comment buttons. This needs to be reduced to about one quarter or less of the screen KSKeithso more of the listing can be viewed.

No near me search

BringaTrailerAuctions does not have search near me like the web page. I only want to bid on vehicles I’ve had a chance to see, so for now it’s back to the web page. Otherwise it’s very handy for a quick look at an auction.

App doesn’t allow you to filter by location

Essentially, you might need to bring a trailer 3000 miles. Not sure how this was missed as every other car sales app allows you to restrict the area you are searching within.

iPad version?

Will there ever be a compatible app for iPads? Currently the website is far superior to this since only about 30% of available screen is used on the iPad version.

App is glitchy

I enjoy BringaTrailerAuctions but very often the comments section will suddenly collapse and only display the first several (oldest) comments. No way to see latest comments or bids. Have to exit BringaTrailerAuctions , re-open it and search for the desired vehicle again. Need to fix this.

Good app.

Love BringaTrailerAuctions , its nearly as good as the web version. Both have one shortcoming: I’d love to see a filter where the car is and is registered (country and state/province). Importing and Exporting cars adds another and important layer in the bidding process.
Another option is to show cars on a map - that would be really cool!

Keep the updates coming!

Anthony

Just needs a “Near me” search

Once they get a “Near Me” search that will go a long way but so far I’m having a good time looking through the auctions. Like that they require a lot of high res pictures and how you can comment on auctions and ask sellers questions for all bidders to see.

Finally !!

Yay! We’ve all been waiting for BringaTrailerAuctions! These notifications are gonna be dangerous 😈🤑

About Time!!!

Fantastic App for a fantastic site!

Excellent marketplace and app

Only quibble would be the reserves are too high and often not met. But that’s a policy, unrelated to BringaTrailerAuctions , so 5*

Looks promising

I just downloaded it and took a brief tour - looks like it is going to be a really nice way to browse some auctions ! I welcome this addition !

Great experience

Great experience, liking it a lot so far

Awesome UX and Features

Easy to understand and use, great tools, and snappy UX. Great to finally have a usable app !!

I haven’t tried to bid with this app

It has this thing where it remembers whatever you looked at, and if the auction is closed, it will tell you final price. Brilliant.

Well done!!

Happy to see them extend their product. Looking forward to trying this out!

Best way to browse!

Great functionality in BringaTrailerAuctions , easy to browse live auctions and results. Smooth interface, love the features!

Hasn’t failed me yet

I downloaded BringaTrailerAuctions approximately 45 seconds ago and so far it seems pretty good. I saw they have cars on BringaTrailerAuctions which is pretty cool. Many thanks.

The watchlist is home base for all of your favorite auctions, makes, models, categories, eras, and origins–just hit the bell or star to save items.

We can let you know when a seller adds more photos to a listing, when your favorite models go live, and when you’ve been outbid, among other things.

Find out what’s trending, see what’s ending soon, and watch the latest bids roll in on the Discover page.

BaT’s curation mirrors our eclectic taste: off-roaders are mixed with track cars, domestic makes with foreign brands, motorcycles with vintage RVs, parts with projects.
