No refund after 30 day money back Subscription cancelation.

I tried leaving a message u see contact us. However, it does not send. I canceled my subscription before the trial date ended but I did not get my refund back.

Subscription charge

I’m pretty frustrated. I just got notification that my card has been charged for a year subscription. I signed up for the week free trial, and in the process was assured I’d receive a notification before my card was charged so I could decide whether or not I wanted to cancel before being charged. Having checked all mailboxes including spam, I was not notified and payment has been taken. Foolish me for relying on that reminder. As for OneLabel itself, the small amount I’ve used it has not been very helpful. I find the rating system confusing and the info no better than EWG’s Healthy Living. Now that I have OneLabel for a year, I’ll keep trying it and if my opinion improves, I’ll change my review, but at this point, no better than Healthy Living which is free.

Serious concerns

I want to scan labels I make choose to purchase , not go through a list of specific products I may not use. Just want to scan and get a general percentage of healthiness ie 60 % healthy. 90% healthy. Most concerned about chemicals in good and saturated fat.

The option to cancel as explained when downloading the app is incorrect

How can I cancel?
It's easy! Open your phone Settings and tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose this app.
Tap Cancel Subscription. Done! The subscription is very expensive.

need more items

The company needs to keep expanding the list of food and vitamin related products as well as more dairy products.

App review

I’ve run across quite a few of our regular items that are not listed on OneLabel . Maybe expand to include more regular grocery store items or even Costco.

?

When you go to sign up for OneLabel , it asks “What’s important to you across ingredients” and the options are ‘ one’ ‘vegan’ ‘vegetarian’ ‘palm oil free’. I think there should be many other options in this area. For example, processed products, gluten, chemicals, seed oils, stuff like that.

Also, when you go to click on ‘clean’ categories, it brings you to products that are rated horribly!!! how is that clean at all? with ingredients that say they are hazardous. The ‘clean’ category should include the highest rated products. At that, there’s not a big selection of stuff on here. I scanned some stuff from wholefoods and a bunch didn’t come up.

Messy confusion

I’ve been using OneLabel for about seven months now. Thanks to the barcode system, I had to get rid of some of my stuff, but then the photo feature came up. When I rescanned my things with the camera, it gave me different results than the original one I had from the barcode scanner. What’s going on with OneLabel?

How do I delete the picture of the trash can ?

I am enjoying so far but have old phone and do not have scanner.

Useful app

Great app. Very useful if you wish to control your diet and especially for those who have some food allergies.

Amazing!

Love OneLabel! Make me choose better option for me and my family:)

Just found your app

Wow, first time ever learning about OneLabel. I’m very excited to have found it. Saves me so much time. The sad part is nothing I pick up to scan is good to eat. I’ll be using this for a while and my window of products will be getting smaller quite quickly. Hopefully I feel better moving forward and I learn to cook healthier! Thank you again for creating this smart app!

Very Happy

I love this to use this on my legs and arms after my showers. I’m very happy to see that it’s a safe product.

Great app

Easy to use and has a lot of information.

Good app

But can’t afford to pay for anything now. Thanks for the try out.

Brilliant app!

I love this! Great information available quickly.

Great

I was using an expensive cream from an established and reputable company but my face was red and dry and started peeling. I scanned the barcode and it was a 6/100 rating. It’s helpful in foods too.

Why was I charged?

Seven Minerals Organic Castor Oil For The Win

For over a year now, I’ve been using this amazing product on my face for moisturizing, and it’s been a game changer! I also apply it to my stomach to aid digestion, and I love using it on my thighs with a dry brush for some extra care. It even works wonders as a hair mask! Plus, whenever I have sore muscles or achy joints, this has been my go-to remedy. Honestly, it’s nothing short of a miracle!

A FOOD APP THATS ACTUALLY SCIENTIFIC NOT ALARMIST

This is the first food scoring app I’ve used that isn’t completely alarmist and unscientific-ie leveling everything naturally as “good” and what’s publicly popular as “bad”, regardless of the scientific consensus ( see stevia and sucralose)

It also condenses research in easy to read and understand paragraphs instead of quoting scientific jargon

My biggest complaint is lack of inventory, I scanned 17 items in my kitchen with ZERO results before finally giving in and trying out the free trial. As a result It’s basically useless unless you payed and even then it’s more helpful for checking specific ingredients than a particular item.
