How to fix FreeWeb app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FreeWeb app on iPhone
Update FreeWeb app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FreeWeb iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FreeWeb on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FreeWeb network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FreeWeb Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FreeWeb not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FreeWeb App
1. On android, goto Settings » FreeWeb » click [Force Stop]

Update FreeWeb to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FreeWeb App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FreeWeb » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FreeWeb.

Fix FreeWeb unable to contact server/ FreeWeb internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FreeWeb » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FreeWeb » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
