Similar to the other user who reported a login problem, I had login problems and aware of several on my team who have had login problems. The Cigna Global Wellness Challenge website worked just fine for login; however, when I tried to login to GlobalWellnessChallenge , GlobalWellnessChallenge repeatedly blocked me, blocked me when I tried to create a new account, and blocked me when I did forgot password. Finally, after a lost of wasted time, I did Forgot Password a second time, chose a different password that did not match with what I had entered on the Cigna wellness challenge site, and it let me in. Then I had to go back to the site and change my password to match GlobalWellnessChallenge . I really like the Cigna Wellness Challenges - the mix of activities and team focus is fun and motivating for getting or staying in good health. However, the technical glitches with GlobalWellnessChallenge are a demotivator and really aggravating. Others on my team, reporting same or similar problems with GlobalWellnessChallenge login. Cigna - hope you can fix your app and get rid of the glitches.

GlobalWellnessChallenge is absolutely awful. It logged in one time and has yet to be able to log back in since. It wouldn’t be an issue given the web portal exists as well, but the only way to link to an Apple Watch is to use GlobalWellnessChallenge which, again, doesn’t work at all.

Not helpful for office competition

GlobalWellnessChallenge won’t even log in. Completely unusable. I have even gone so far as to delete GlobalWellnessChallenge and reinstall it. Nope.

Additionally for some reason the only way to link my Apple Watch fitness is through GlobalWellnessChallenge versus the website (which actually works), so I have no way to link my watch which tracks everything seamlessly. May as well not even have an app for this.

App worked for two days and is now stuck on loading at the login. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times and it remains stuck on loading.

Crashes all of the time and I often can’t get it to login. It just spins like it’s trying but never logs into my account.

I’m totally unable to get past the log in screen. GlobalWellnessChallenge is totally unusable

GlobalWellnessChallenge exists only to check a box for Cigna’s Health challenge…yeah, sure, we have an app! Evernorth bombed on this, should I even call it “attempt” to make a UI that was usable. You can’t see what your team or challenge mates are doing very easily. And getting a badge is a hassle - there is no tracking what is being done and no way to tell how much more you need to do what activities to get a badge. There i s just a random bar under each badge that the Evernorth team called a progress bar but you can’t tell what the progress is. Its mildly infuriating.

Great app… when it works! GlobalWellnessChallenge unfortunately won’t stay logged in, which is okay but it doesn’t let you log back in. Pretty frustrating! - better use the desktop website

The idea behind this wellness challenge is great, but unfortunately, so many features don’t work. I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled GlobalWellnessChallenge , but I continue to get error messages for inviting friends and family, connecting or disconnecting, wearable devices, and trying to contact help for more help, when I go to the website, the only option for help is to look at the topics they’ve already created, but there’s no way to move beyond that.

Horrible app halfway through the fitness challenge. GlobalWellnessChallenge just stopped updating. I constantly try to reload reached out to customer support. They took three and four days to get back to me. This is a horrible challenge and a horrible app.

This is without a doubt one of the worst apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. It’s more buggy than a vegetable garden and loads like a broken down front loader. I spent the whole day just try to get the thing to just login. But it just spins and spins.

There seems to be a delay between when I enter my fitness activity and when it actually will stick to/show up in my account. I have to close GlobalWellnessChallenge completely and come back in to see if my activity posted. And now I’m having trouble entering activity. I keep getting an error message. Overall GlobalWellnessChallenge is a good idea, but it doesn’t function well.

I don’t do yoga and I don’t like yoga. I can’t believe they made yoga into a badge to earn. I’m not interested in yogi or Hinduism. Why should I have to do yoga to get points? They should have just put “personal meditation” or something of the latter. Terrible.

GlobalWellnessChallenge also crashes all the time. It’s so difficult to log in.

It is riddled with bugs. Nothing works.

It feels like some project handled by a team that proposed the idea for a quick promotion/raise.

The concept of GlobalWellnessChallenge is great. But there are many issues with it. I have to completely delete GlobalWellnessChallenge and reinstall it on a daily basis in order for it to function (update my workouts synced from Apple Fitness, it just gets stuck and won’t let you navigate through GlobalWellnessChallenge at all). A few days ago, my workouts would not sync from Apple to GlobalWellnessChallenge , so I had to manually add the data. Another issue is the ability to add a ton of socially connecting minutes. While socially connecting is important, I don’t thing that the majority of your points should come from that. This is intended to improve your fitness and health. So, going forward, I feel that socially connecting minutes should be limited, and a focus on active movement should be the priority.

GlobalWellnessChallenge barely works. Half the fitness challenge is coaxing GlobalWellnessChallenge to work. Exercices aren’t all mapped from Apple fitness in a way that makes sense and it constantly crashes. It’s officially stopped even opening for me. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I was able to log into GlobalWellnessChallenge the first week of the challenge, but since then it is not worked. The logon page froze and I have not been able to sync my watch.

I haven’t been able to access GlobalWellnessChallenge since I downloaded it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling about 5 times, rebooted my phone, on and off wifi. It just won’t load. Disappointing.

At first I loved GlobalWellnessChallenge . It was great I got to submit how long I was doing the exercises and see how many points I was achieving towards medals, it only worked for 2 days until it logged me out. I signed in again and I’m just stuck on the loading screen for hours. I turned off my phone and deleted GlobalWellnessChallenge multiple times, but still doesn’t log me back in and still stuck on the loading screen.

GlobalWellnessChallenge was good when I initially downloaded it but it stopped functioning at the end of the 1st week of the challenge. With the new website and app you are supposed to log onto GlobalWellnessChallenge daily to get the information from your synced device (FitBit) and now that GlobalWellnessChallenge isn’t working there is no way to download your device information. GlobalWellnessChallenge has been a great disappointment to say the least.

Doing a wellness challenge through work and I was only able to login the day before the challenge started. I can login on the website just fine, but not GlobalWellnessChallenge (which I believe was needed in order to sync my Fitbit?). Hoping it’s just because everyone is trying to use it right now? Would be a bummer if I can’t get credit for my workouts!

I was able to get into GlobalWellnessChallenge one time and no go since. Have deleted and downloaded multiple times with no success in addition to rebooting phone. Also, extremely frustrating that website has less features than the application claims.

I have the same issue as some others who have stated that they are unable to even log in. Just sits on loading screens. This was sometimes as issue when my company had a fitness challenge a year ago, but somehow the problem is now worse.

I agree with the other review. GlobalWellnessChallenge was golden for the first week. After that it no longer takes my info from my Fit but that’s synced with GlobalWellnessChallenge . I have too manually enter all my info daily.

I was able to use GlobalWellnessChallenge over the weekend to create my account. Since then, GlobalWellnessChallenge will not open. It just sits on the login page and spins, eventually giving me a link to “Return To Login” but that just makes it crash.

GlobalWellnessChallenge does not work properly with Apple Watch does not allow you to enter data it’s a mess.

GlobalWellnessChallenge worked for a couple of days and made tracking activity very easy. However it stopped working after the third day. There’s no tech support or response to email inquiries.

Worked great initially. Now it just spins until it times out, will not log in. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn’t help either.

GlobalWellnessChallenge has a good design but is full of bugs. It crushed few times when I was logging my weight and activities.
Data updates: in order to log your workout info from the Apple Watch you have to terminate GlobalWellnessChallenge and restart it , this is the only way to get your workout recorded in GlobalWellnessChallenge if you are using an Apple Watch.
Another big issue with logging is …. manual logging, people that made GlobalWellnessChallenge think that everyone is honest but having the manual log function allows everyone to manipulate their info on how much they worked out . Fact that you can go and backdate hours of workout excludes any fairness in the competition and this is a big problem with GlobalWellnessChallenge .

Love the improvements to GlobalWellnessChallenge !! Much faster and easier to use

I love the new app and look forward to the enhanced features. I’m specifically excited for the integration with Peleton.

I’ve been using GlobalWellnessChallenge for years, and the new update cleaned up the experience and made it easier to navigate. Great Job!

very helpful with tracking my goals

Works well, easy to link devices and the sync in almost real time. Only complaint is if you log workouts on 2 apps at the same time, they both get logged and you need to delete one off.

I use GlobalWellnessChallenge as part of my employer challenge, it’s a fun way to engage your team mates to do better with our health. I connected my apple watch and barely even have to do anything for the points to come through. I’m more active because of this!
