My app no longer includes services or profiles
I reported that since a new fiber line was installed at our home (1218 Oakmont Drive, Niceville FL) the internet is very slow I reported this to customer service this morning 6/12 and they said someone would call me back. No Call and I am very frustrated with the amount of time I have lost. Call 850-897-2625

For some reason, I cannot get my app to connect to my router. I have tried logging out and logging back in, which is about as far as my technical expertise goes when it comes to these kinds of things.
All of my other devices just stay connected to things, can’t understand how this has disconnected and then won’t reconnect.
