Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Heat 1 app issues:

Force Stop the Heat 1 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Heat 1 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Heat 1 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Heat 1 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Heat 1 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Heat 1.

Fix Heat 1 unable to contact server/ Heat 1 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Heat 1 » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Heat 1 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)

About this app

Shot Caller - Pick-per-event style game where each event you choose 1 male and 1 female. You will earn points the athlete makes in the event. You will be awarded points based on how close your pick was the the actual results. Top 10 - Select the top 10 males and females you with will be in the top 10 at the end of the competition. Be careful, you only get 2 plays per athlete throughout the competition.
