Sir, The Lenz app "Heat App" cannot connect. It searches for my socks while I put them in pairing mode (muddke diode is lightwd permanently for 2 minutes). On my smartphone Bluetooth (and also Location) is switched on. Under Bluetooth the Lenz devices LDBB18005013631 and LDBB18005009929 are listed as paired. When tapping on the LDBB ... simetimes they turn light grey, other times a text appears along the line "the Lenz App is needed". One day I managed somehow to connect the Lenz "Heat App" (then it is working fine), other times it never connects, whatever I try (including "uninstall" followed by reinstalling"). Please advice.

I can not connect to my app- I used it last year and worked fine— now it’s not working. I deleted it and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work!my socks work manually but very inconvenient- thanks Judy

Fix Lenz heat_app on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lenz heat_app network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Lenz heat_app App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lenz heat_app » click [Force Stop]

Update Lenz heat_app to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lenz heat_app App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lenz heat_app » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lenz heat_app.

Fix Lenz heat_app unable to contact server/ Lenz heat_app internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lenz heat_app » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lenz heat_app » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lenz heat_app
