My wife, tried to use Faxer from her I-phone. While she did send a fax, it was never received. Since she had a limited amout of time to submit and determine valid acceptance, she submitted the same message from a local FeEx store. Thank your for canceling any and all charges for the use of FAXER associated with her name.
Worthless

The app clearly lacks user experience in terms of indicating the status of each scan. It shows “Sending” for almost 4 hours without a clear explanation on what can happen on unforeseen situations.
This is annoying when a paid app does this.
Didn’t work

I had very limited window to fax a document at the DMV. I received two error messages that said don’t worry just reach out to customer service. I didn’t have time to go through all that effort. Should work on first try!
The worst

I have used a lot of fax apps and this by far is the worst. I can’t even get a fax to send!! It’s been saying sending for 30 minutes and it comes back with an error. I installed another app it worked beautifully!
