I can’t buy anything in the app

So tell me why you can’t do that because it’s gonna make me log in again and frankly I don’t want to do that also it only had a choice of Xbox ps and pc and that’s straight dog. So like can y'all fix that or what like quickly please because that’s not bout to run by me it’s fine but I can’t buy anything so it’s just a useless app on my home screen taking up space literally a waste of my time so I never want to see this app on my Home Screen again until it starts doing what it was meant to

I generally avoid services like this, but a teammate used it and was happy. So, I gave it a shot. 3 days later I’m still waiting for delivery of purchases. The chatbot service/customer services does not work.
I found out a few other players are also waiting for their purchases.
If you need in-game boosts, packs, or currency quick, I’m not sure this is the service you’re looking for.
