translation option (singular as in only one) is awful and clunky. translations must be turned on or off at the idol main post but there’s no option for fan-to-fan translations. what’s the point of reading the idols’ responses if you don’t know what the original poster wrote?
and i don’t know what version of google translate is being used but it’s also outdated and over 75% incorrect. the most embarrassing of all is that you can turn the translation off and click the “see more” link at the bottom and it will bring you to google translate’s website to paste the text and it actually translates correctly.
let’s not mention how there’s no explanation of how long the texting character limit will be too low to get a decent thought across to compensate for the translation failures. and the fact mnet has the AUDACITY to charge MORE than the bubble subscription. embarrassing; their app design and engineering team should be embarrassed.
any positive attributes are ruined by the fact you can’t navigate the app easily at all. the “back” button option is worthless since no matter what page you open, if you need to go back it sends you to the previous pages infinitely, even if you stopped by the homepage after each article.

Awful awful app and service. There is a rampant troll problem with hate comments on this platform that must be addressed. It seems once a comment is reported a certain amount of times the content is finally automatically removed, but that doesn’t stop the commenter from commenting the same thing again and again and again incessantly. This negates the utility of reporting at all if spammers can take control of the comment section rather than fans. There must be better screening to prevent this or perhaps a limit on how many comments a user is allowed to post daily. The app itself is also buggy and hard to use. I don’t recommend using this app or paying for their soon to be added (and completely untested) in-app services until these issues are fixed, and I also expect the newly added artist chat service will bring a whole new host of issues. Please prioritise the safety and mental health of your artists as well as provide transparency about the new service and where payments go if you’d like to actually see fans enthusiastic about using this app.

The translation is literally awful. It’s so inaccurate that in order to understand anything (as a non-fluent international user), you literally have to copy and paste messages into Papago. Boo, tomato tomato.
On top of that, it’s got lag issues.
On top of THAT, this app requires a LOT of clicks (with an embarrassing amount of latency between) to get to that “chat” function that’s literally in the name.
Artist > (lag) > chat tab > (lag) > select a chat > (heinous amounts of lag) > finally see the chat.
Seeing as Bubble is right there to copy off of and actually works, you’d think this dupe would work, too. :/
The lag and awful translation are the key flaws. But, as a side note, being able to send a lot of super short messages isn’t a great incentive for keeping a subscription (for comparison, Bubble makes it clear that the longer you stick around, the longer your individual message becomes, which is a great incentive to keep your sub).
As it is, why would I want to keep a service that I:
- literally can’t read
- doesn’t give me any perks for keeping up with the subscription
- barely works
