Hello, the Plus chat for Zerobaseone is sometimes lagging but the absolut worst & the part I can't over look is the translation feature for the Chat. Not one translation makes sense & most of the scentences get cut of in half when translated.
If the translation feature doesn't get a major makeover, I think I'll unsubscribe.

i am glad that you changed the translation to papago again and that the translation is below the message again! but as i scroll up to the messages before the update there is no translation showing up at all anymore…
also i would like to have a gallery of all pictures the artist ever sent… instead of having to scroll up
also a function to look for words in the chat would be amazing

compared to other chat subscriptions apps this one is definitely lacking the most

this paid service is supposed to be a place that enables fans and artists to communicate with each other safely. however, there have been several instances that allowed people to send harmful and negative comments to the artists, be it under their posts, in lives or in the chat, that they end up reading. though some words do get censored, it is far from enough to protect artists from encountering such hurtful comments. i hope that some measures can be taken to make this app a safer as well as more enjoyable platform for both artists and fans without having to worry about hateful comments.
