To resolve Argo2Go network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Argo2Go app issues:

Force Stop the Argo2Go App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Argo2Go app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Argo2Go to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Argo2Go App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Argo2Go app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Argo2Go.

Fix Argo2Go unable to contact server/ Argo2Go internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Argo2Go » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Argo2Go » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Argo2Go on android.
