Too pushy to pay

Didn’t allow me to understand yet how good is that and do I need it or not, but pushed me to pay and to rate the application. Also I tried to ask a single question today, it again pushed me to pay and to rate and then when I tried to close all these intrusive "windows" it wrote "you have used your daily question credit" despite I didn’t receive a single answer for a single question! Looks like a scam. Don’t understand why it has a good rating
No Support

This app would freeze after I ask a second question on any particular subject. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app but that did not resolve the problem. I then tried to ask technical support via email for help. I did this 3 times and I still get no response for weeks. I am going to try a fourth time. If they still do not respond, I will cancel the subscription.
Doesn’t work well

I paid for the yearly premium version and when I try to continue the conversation, it takes me to the page wanting me to upgrade to premium, which I’ve already done. It will not allow me to continue even after clicking through and it acknowledges that I’ve paid for the upgrade. Wasted $40.
