Weird app no way to contact via app.

Tried downloading twice from Freefy Store... Kept getting error message "500 - SERVER ERROR"... Forget it... Will try once more from their website but if that does not work I give up!

So I downloaded Freefy and signed in and everything but it wont let me play any tracks so not very good

I have recently have been trying to find the perfect music app I have tried this today (1/20/24) but on most of the songs Ik they don’t have any lyrics. it is super laggy whenever you try search up any songs also whenever I am in the middle of a song an add will either pop up or the song will just stop completely and just sit there and load and will not work no matter how long I sit there and wait. But it does have a lot of good songs only thing is the song sounds different and whenever you try to look up different songs while you are playing a song the song that you are currently listening to will pause. There is some good things about Freefy though. For starters there is so many songs on Freefy. It is also louder then some music app such as Spotify. To developers: if y’all would just not have as many ads it would be great also please fix your verification it is broken to where it will take you to y’all’s website and will show that I have to verify again please fix your website/app

sometimes it will only give me a white screen and of it lags out i can’t do anything. when it works it works really well tho

I am looking for an alternative to Spotify because I am done dealing with them. So here’s what I think

Pros: the song selection is nice, there isn’t anything I haven’t found, the necessary ads are inoffensive and easily ignored, and are only visual rather than audio ads, playlist functions, lyrics view, I can play whatever I want whenever I want to, I can skip through a song if I want, and repeat the song as much as I want to, it seems to pull a lot from YouTube, so the quality there is what you’re getting (whether it be good or bad)

Cons: the interface is a bit clunky and slow, it takes a minute to load an artist. though, once the artist is loaded you can switch between songs easily, so a minor drawback to loading a full discography. I also struggled with activating my account a bit. You also have to be in Freefy to change songs, as the song pulls up a little picture-in-picture window, so if you’re working with your hands you’ll have to wait til they’re free to change the song (unless there is an alternative way that I am not seeing)

Overall, I think Freefy is a great alternative music player, especially one released just this year (correct me if I’m wrong!) as with any new program, there’s some hiccups and wrinkles to iron out, but as of right now I’m fairly satisfied.

Good app but sometimes there are ads but you can skip them. also wish there was a better way to listen without watching the video/having your phone on. cool app tho

basically just finds a video of the song on youtube and then can pose a problems for a song like mama cry - YNW melly because at the end it shows the part of him singing it at the prison with no beat or rythm and it can get annoying, also doesnt let you listen during SOS wifi, unlike spotify, only thing i like is there are no ads that interrupt your music, and some of these reviews are dumb because you CAN make playlists and you CAN turn your phone off while playing music you just gotta turn it off then tap the screen and youll see the song where the notis are and just press the play and if you leave your phone there the screen will turn off and the music will play. JUST FIX THE YOUTUBE AND WIFI THING.

This music app is pretty amazing, they stand up to what they say, this ought to be the new legendary app. But one thing I did notice was the playlists. You can’t actually make your own playlist (unless you can and I haven’t figured it out yet), just gotta choose a song or album to listen to. But that’s basically the only problem unless you can indeed make playlists on this. If that were so, then there’s no problem with it. It’s quite underrated. I would support them, personally. And they have all of it for this reason. I suppose one thing that’s a miss is no shortcuts through songs, you just have to look up which album it’s on to see and hear it all. But otherwise, you just gotta try it. It outranks Spotify big time except for BandLab users basically (unless of course you can publish your music from there to here). Well, actually that’s the problem. You can make playlists, but there’s basically no shortcuts and Freefy itself is almost impossible to use properly because you can’t get to it. Gotta press the song’s … Twice so fast, it’s almost impossible. And then you can’t exactly move the songs in your playlist around, so that’s a bit annoying. As for recent searches, it doesn’t have that either. So those are the bummers of Freefy . Almost everything else is good.

This is by far the best music player ever. Although some of the songs you play are alternate or live or studio versions it is still unbeatable. There are no ads that interrupt your listening which is amazing. And unlike Amazon Music, you can make your own playlists and play whatever songs you want… FOR FREE. I love Freefy and I hardly ever use Spotify or YouTube Music or Pandora anymore. I would highly recommend you at least give Freefy a try.

Got tired of spending $11 a month for Spotify. The rest are pretty much the same price. This is a pretty good app considering it’s free. Found all but one song I was looking for (to be fair it’s an old and not very popular song) Occasionally ads do try and pop through but you can turn it right off. You can watch the video of the song which I think is kinda cool.
No complaints, love it!
