I cancelled my subscription and it was set to not renew. However, they decided that meant they could still change me weekly even though I never signed up for that. Terrible and predatory business model.

eSignApp is extremely shady. It starts a WEEKLY subscription on its own after three days, and will never send you a single notification. I was never notified in any way that it was renewing for half a year. Racked up a ton of charges for a simple app that allows you to sign your name. Totally inexcusable pricing model, there would be zero overhead for the developers.

Obviously devs will respond that you agree to the terms when signing. But it’s clear to anyone with common sense that the pricing model is the way it is for a reason. They make most of their money off of people like me who needed it once and then it sat quietly renewing itself. Very shady model, shame on you devs.

The customer support email is not connected. There is no way to contact someone on the team for help with eSignApp . eSignApp also uses Apple’s auto-renew feature for the free trial, which is not very intuitive.

You can not edit, date, etc. eSignApp is for adding signature only.

Free but they don’t tell you it’s also $4.99 per week and it’s automatic. “Free trial” is for three days and it’s really hard to cancel and the contact email does not work. Totally dodgy. They also upgrade you to premium without telling you for $50. Avoid at all costs. The other reviews are fake no doubt. And eSignApp is not that great for what they are charging you for.

eSignApp seems to be a scam. They have not returned any of the messages I have sent trying to cancel the subscription I accidentally purchased. There’s no link on eSignApp to any settings where you can cancel and as far as I can tell there’s no web page you can login to cancel it either. Would love to be proved wrong but this has been my experience so far.

eSignApp works well, but the fact that I couldn’t contact their customer service team for three days is inexcusable. They list an email address in their legal terms that is not a known address, and when you click “contact support team, which leads you to another email address, no one responds. In times like these when the world is so digitized, the fact that I could not reach customer service for over 48 hours is ridiculous.

I have been trying to cancel this eSign app since the day I downloaded it, to cancel the subscription and it brings you to an email that nobody responds to. I will not be paying for this and will bring legal action if I am billed. I still have not received any correspondence. Inexcusable

You need to pay to save the documents and they don’t tell you until after you edit the documents. The creators of eSignApp are greedy and deserve to go bankrupt, and apps like this need to be removed from eSignApp Store.

They don’t offer any easy way to cancel your subscription should you not want to use eSignApp anymore. They force you to send a letter to support and can take as long as they wish to respond. No account settings button present. Just terms and contact support.

There is literally no way to cancel your subscription. There is no option to do so in eSignApp , even though their “developer responses” all claim that there is. Customer support is a joke, they have not responded once. Total and complete scam. I want my freaking money back.

I tried the free trial and used it maybe a couple times. Then after the free trial, I paid for a week which I haven’t used at all. This app is limited. I couldn’t use it for what I needed it for and I wanted to cancel my subscription but there was no setting for account to do that. I went to my iPhone account subscription to cancel but still not able to get my refund back. And I found another eSign app that does what I needed completely for free.

I signed up for a free trial to sign a document, and made sure to cancel my subscription. But before the trial period even ended, I was notified that eSignApp charged me $6.61 for "premium features". I requested refund but this is ridiculous. On app store the subscription says it's expiring on 9/2 because I opted out to subscribe after the trial period ends but today (8/28) I was charged. Stay away from eSignApp.

I canceled my monthly subscription and I’m still getting charged weekly for it. I’m currently in a dispute process with Apple. They’ve STOLEN over $100 from me and are still stealing weekly for an average, not even great app. 0/10 recommend.

eSignApp is great for using signatures via phone, but I can’t seem to cancel my plan and I don’t want to be charged for it if I’m not using eSignApp . I used my signature once and I don’t use eSignApp anymore and there’s no customer support to contact to cancel. My Email didn’t go through and there’s no other way to contact. Other than that it’s great.

I want to import an email and the have customer sign it and either save or email it somewhere.
I don’t want fields or setup. Just import, get signature and maybe hand written date and done.

I've used several PDF signing apps before, but this one is by far the best. It has all the features I need, and I love that I can sign documents using my phone or tablet. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to customize the signature font, but that's a minor issue.
