The customer support email is not connected. There is no way to contact someone on the team for help with the app. This app also uses Apple’s auto-renew feature for the free trial, which is not very intuitive.
Beware when signing up for the trial!

I cancelled my subscription and it was set to not renew. However, they decided that meant they could still change me weekly even though I never signed up for that. Terrible and predatory business model.
