This is a scam app. Don’t trust these people with your money. I’ve deposited 25k worth of funds and have no way of getting it back…transfers are never complete and the platform shows no data when you move crypto around. No transaction IDs or anything. My funds were only there for 48hrs before I realized how terrible the platform is, and now I can’t recover them. The other reviews here are fake, as you can tell. DO NOT USE!!

The fees on this are insane. I deposited $500 to try it out, got up to $775 so far and I’ve paid about $400 in fees. Yeah…no thanks, I’m out

These people closes your positions without your permission. They lie about updates and makes lots of excuses. I lost thousands of dollars because of them. There’s poor communication and the slowest response. They don’t do anything to help out.

They do not speak English well. It’s a Chinese company. Please be aware.

Many these exchanges are promoted to rob you with scam YouTubers and analyst avoid at all cost

Their exchange goes down while you are in a trade and you can’t close positions. Also, they do not try to compensate or help you in anyway. Just put you on the back burner. Use a different trading app.

Well, that might seem odd, but I decided to leave them a review because they had a glitch in their platform that caused me to incur a loss. I was ready for excuses when I chatted with the customer service. Upon contacting them, they promptly acknowledged the issue and assured me that they would rectify the lost funds. True to their word, they not only addressed the issue but also provided me with a bonus for trading. I consider this to be professional behavior.
