It allows me to type my username and password but when I click “submit” nothing happens. Installed OregonOne because the website wouldn’t even let me type a username or password in the text boxes. Have been using the website for years and it’s always appeared to be designed to deliberately make it difficult to impossible for people to access benefits. No surprise, OregonOne is garbage too! Thanks for the love, Oregon.

Not really very useful. It just refers you back to the Oregon one site. The Oregon one site refers you back to OregonOne .Aside from checking messages OregonOne isn’t really good for much.

OregonOne is slightly better than the website but that’s not say much. I find both to be completely useless. The one improvement over the website is a taskbar that has a message icon. However, the way information is relayed is almost unreadable. I consider myself to be moderately tech savvy and feel sorry for seniors who have to navigate this by themselves. Share on you oregon one! One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use.

OregonOne isnt workng. Ive tried yesterday and today. Ive tried to reach a web developer to get help but just get sent to a general web site. I tried to report a problem but the program is too vague to know if my report was submitted.

I dont know if anyone can use this review to help me but if its possible, id appreciate it. I have an up to date iphone 11. Thank you.

This is the worst app I have ever used, I get through the address portion and every time it says system unavailable please try again later and boots me out I’ve been trying for 4 days same thing every time. Horrible app

I seem to get a notification almost everyday telling me OregonOne will be unusable for a period of time. Not sure why but even if it was “updates”, no other app is unusable this much or this often.

OregonOne is highly buggy . I could not even put in my own email. It said I had to use a different email ID . I’m not made of emails . It said my name was wrong too. Highly unsatisfactory. I would give it half a star if I could.

Says system down every time I try to verify my identity. Tried calling and they still couldn’t verify me. This is a huge hassle and an inconvenience. Would be 0/5 if you could choose it

Tried to get 1 message and had to go back to my account which only had me change a pass word now I can’t get it anyway What is the point

I cannot login online, It will not allow me to put in my login information. OregonOne says my account has been disabled from disuse. What is going on?

I can’t even make an account. I have been trying for at least a mom now.

Every time I have to use OregonOne. It stresses me out. Now it won’t accept my email address.

Bad not working worth nothing

bizarre nonsense. says password doesnt meet requirements but shows the password meeting all requirements. useless.

I made my account on here and it says that I have health insurance, but nowhere in OregonOne. Can I find where I can apply for food stamp?

i’m sorry but i cannot keep track of a new, long, complicated password every three months. somehow no other govt app needs this but you. here’s a thought: use whatever security and/or system social security uses. it’s worked for me for 15 years. you’re welcome.

either that, or fix OregonOne to work with apples password app to generate new ones for me and save them automatically. that isn’t happening, and having me do it is absurd. i’m not a cybersecurity person, i’m a disabled user with (among other things) dyslexias. it’s a nightmare for me to try to do this.

FINALLY, we are getting caught up with the times as far as the benefits enrollment process goes. OregonOne is SO helpful, and user friendly! I was able to apply, update, and upload necessary documents directly to the application. At one point I was having a phone interview for SNAP benefits and was able to take a photo from my iPhone of my ID and additional documents all while remaining in the line! The agent was able to let me know my first photo was too small/blurry and I was able to retake and make sure everything needed was received. I was approved right then. No waiting. Additionally, I love the inbox feature in OregonOne ! This feature gives you copies of documents you also get via USPS. So not waiting a week or more on updates via mail. If other information is needed from you, you know right away and can get it sent over! You can also save documents received which also comes in handy if you need proof of benefits for other assistance options (discounted utilities, internet, passes). I also applied for health benefits seamlessly via OregonOne and uploaded all required documentation using OregonOne! This phone app is awesome and makes a sometimes tedious process much more efficient and easier for people and families in need of important resources in a timely manner! I have yet to run into any issues using OregonOne! 100% recommended!
