I am required to submit a selfie, but can’t figure out where to send it.

Only the government can do this!
All excited, I downloaded the app to speed up my next entry at SFO only to find it’s not listed as an airport with Global Entry. Plus the app mentions submitting a photo but it’s not clear whether they want a photo from a global entry kiosk or from the phone. If there’s no guidance in an app and it’s not intuitive, it shouldn’t have been built or (prematurely) released. Wonder who the incompetent government contractor was who the CBP paid millions of $ to build an app that’s useless.
