Creating an account was a breeze. Purchasing BTC tho (or any crypto they offer), is impossible. After using every single viable form of payment method available, i.e. 6 different credit cards, 5 debit cards, Apple Pay, google pay, etc. EVERY transaction to make my first purchase of BTC gets declined, any amount. $50-$250 I tried every amount , and even though the transaction processes with a “check “ and a ding in Apple Pay, it then always loads to “transaction was declined” page. . EVERY. Time. I tried dozens of times using every credit & debit card I own (at least a dozen), via every payment outlet available, over the course of multiple hours, to no avail. Waste of time and completely useless app that should be removed from Jiggle Store ASAP. Don’t waste your time!

I was banned fromnusing Jiggle for an undisclosed reason. They won’t provide me with the rationale because of “internal security policies”. I did nothing wrong and only used Jiggle like it was meant to be used. Also their fees are crazy. I wouldnuse robinhood for my cryptocurrency transactions as the fees are much more reasonble.
Literally have 1.3k BTC STUCK inside Jiggle with ZERO help from this app support / Tech team. UNABLE to paste or scan address despite trying ALL methods the team recommended me to do. The only thing they do is copy and paste generic FAQ answers when talking to you. Jiggle is literal hot garbage. STAY AWAY AND USE COINBASE OR BINANCE
Jiggle is horrible, I don’t even know why I used it to begin with. The interface is not good, Jiggle is buggy and can’t even sell my crypto. Going back. To Coinbase.
They will take your money and reject your transaction. Never again.
I’ve contacted Apple and they are in works of removing Jiggle do to the nature of users not being able to use it. You guys are scammers.

Jiggle/wallet made it incredible easy to buy and transfer crypto. It’s the only wallet I’ll use.
Everything worked smoothly for me. I wish the fees were lower, but overall good app.
