UltravioletChat is is obnoxious. The number of keystrokes that you have to go through in order to cancel a club membership is something like 20 different prompts to confirm and confirm over and over again that you want to cancel. They are obnoxious and aggressive and I don’t recommend anyone getting involved in this because of of the extreme inconvenience. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves because it’s so complicated and so needlessly annoying. One of the worst app experiences I’ve had probably in the past two years.

Guys I promise these reviews are fake. At least from a creator perspective. If you’re a small creator but still have a following don’t waste your time on UltravioletChat. They have zero customer service. I’ve been trying for three weeks now, and I’ve met a handful of other creators in the same boat. No communication, money locked away, that we can’t access while UltravioletChat is profiting off our subs. Do not waste your time.

Was approved as a creator. Nowhere to set up creator account. Almost nonexistent support says can’t be subscribed to people and be a creator on same account. So I delete all subscriptions and account; remake it and then it doesn’t even let me log in or set up my account which was already approved to be a creator. No responses to support requests. Infrastructure needs to be fixed immediately.

I thought this was like Patreon to support creators, but this is just a scam. I cannot cancel my account. I followed their instructions and I keep getting the error message “Oops something went wrong. Please try again later.” I don’t know how long “later” is supposed to be, but it won’t delete my account.

Support doesn’t respond.

Found out I was having money pulled out of my bank for UltravioletChat. I’ve never even downloaded UltravioletChat before let along sign up for a subscription for something that looks cheap with bad reviews even before mine. DONT DOWNLOAD. I don’t know how they got my bank information but they have no way to cancel or even contact them properly about it. I expect my money back or will be disputing it through the bank, canceling the current card, and getting a new one. Save yourself the hassle. Not a good app.

Not sure why this company feels the need to launch an app that is complete garbage. I mean actual garbage. None of the functions work or they are simply buttons that launch an email. Customer service is nonexistent and emails and DM's in social media go completely unanswered.

It would be so much easier to just use a website like every other creator platform

Just really not easy to use, if you have to subscribe to someone you have to enter the card details again then your card numbers just doubled up in your account and you have to constantly delete the duplicates when subscribing to a new person

This platform has helped me make more money than I ever did with other apps platforms or brand deals

I downloaded UltravioletChat because some of the creators I have followed for a long time release more exclusive content on here. I’ve been following Joey for awhile and I was actually able to interact and talk to him directly on here which was awesome! My experience has been great.

The best thing about UV is that I can reuse the content I already have but haven’t shared on my TikTok or IG. I travel a lot , so being able to share that content while I’m traveling has been amazing.

Only been using UltravioletChat for a couple weeks, but it’s so simple to set up and use. Love getting paid to connect with my followers.

I accidentally made a member account when l wanted to sign up as a creator but the support on their website fixed it for me pretty fast.

i personally really like UltravioletChat. i see a lot of mixed reviews but ive had a really good experience. the team is really sweet and does help me out whenever i need.
