Hard to Cancel

This app is is obnoxious. The number of keystrokes that you have to go through in order to cancel a club membership is something like 20 different prompts to confirm and confirm over and over again that you want to cancel. They are obnoxious and aggressive and I don’t recommend anyone getting involved in this because of of the extreme inconvenience. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves because it’s so complicated and so needlessly annoying. One of the worst app experiences I’ve had probably in the past two years.

Found out I was having money pulled out of my bank for this app. I’ve never even downloaded this app before let along sign up for a subscription for something that looks cheap with bad reviews even before mine. DONT DOWNLOAD. I don’t know how they got my bank information but they have no way to cancel or even contact them properly about it. I expect my money back or will be disputing it through the bank, canceling the current card, and getting a new one. Save yourself the hassle. Not a good app.

Guys I promise these reviews are fake. At least from a creator perspective. If you’re a small creator but still have a following don’t waste your time on this app. They have zero customer service. I’ve been trying for three weeks now, and I’ve met a handful of other creators in the same boat. No communication, money locked away, that we can’t access while the app is profiting off our subs. Do not waste your time.
