Don’t bother with EliteSingles/service.
I downloaded EliteSingles and paid subscription on Friday, 03 November. Prior to paying my subscription, EliteSingles worked fine and as soon as I paid, I was unable to use EliteSingles .
I submitted a support ticket on Saturday, 04 November. However, I never heard from anyone and resubmitted another ticket on Tuesday, 07 November. Finally, I heard from someone on Friday, 10 November.
In the end I had to petition my payment service for a refund due to no response from Elite (haha) Singles and app not working, which I was able to get refunded.
Then their customer service asked me for a review and feedback on the last interaction with them, which was a support transfer request to delete my if information. That probably happened quickly due to data privacy policies and laws in HQs home country.
