How to fix Fillrr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fillrr app on iPhone
Update Fillrr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fillrr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fillrr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fillrr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fillrr Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fillrr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fillrr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fillrr » click [Force Stop]

Update Fillrr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fillrr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fillrr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fillrr.

Fix Fillrr unable to contact server/ Fillrr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fillrr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fillrr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
