It’s a short game. Once you move into the third city and fill up all the houses with furniture there is really nothing else to do but continue in a renting loop, which isn’t really fun. It almost seems like the creator(s) isn’t done yet with the game and plans on adding more cities in the future.

The game is somewhat gross. Every time you rent a house and the bathroom is used it becomes “dirty.” There are green and brown fumes emanating from the toilet signaling that it needs to be cleaned or repaired. There’s also a bit of a potty talk from the renters. I’m not a fan of that.

Also, it’s impossible to get a better renter’s star rating than 3.8. The people who rent leave reviews in stars, but their reviews are pretty random and not based on your performance. Sometimes they leave a one star review with a message that says, “I just didn’t like you.” Considering that it is stars what catapult you to the next level, this is a big deal. It’s easy to go from one level to the next at the beginning of the game. It becomes increasingly harder and boring as you move up.

Aside from that, the gamer’s creator(s) make money from ads, which are pushed every 3 minutes. Though you’re forced to watch only about 15 seconds because there’s the option to close them before they end. The ads to get free assistants are much longer.

Overall, I didn’t like the game, but the idea has potential to turn into something better if worked on.

Some people give a 1 star review on a house that has the best stuff including ad required furniture. You can watch an ad to “delete” a very bad review. One top of the forced ad every minute or so… You have to have high reviews status to get vip’s money. It’s frustrating watching a 1 star get through when it takes 2 plus 5 stars to even out and they just blast you all over.

Too many ads. How has devs not made a feature where you can go back to upgrade previously bought furniture. And how have they not thought of making the assistant a buyable option for players who have finished an area. As it stands there’s no way for players to make passive income on all houses they have. Even the assistant will only gather income for houses in the area they are currently in. Makes no sense how essential gameplay features weren’t thought about.

Other than that, good for mindless play. Two stars overall.

loved the idea & concept of this game .. BUT

you max out at 3.8 stars after filling all houses with furniture and mystery boxes. i did my own math of my reviews and should have 4.5 stars but it won’t change from 3.8. you can’t upgrade or change furniture, you can’t do anything to change the houses or “fix” the reasons for bad reviews. 50-60% of the time you’re playing the game will be watching ADs (no i’m not joking - there’s an obscene amount of ads in this game). i feel like i “beat” the game to the extent you can in 1 day. now there’s nothing else i can spend money on and i have $400k just sitting around with a 3.8 rating. they need to fix a lot of the issues with this game and get rid of half the ads and it would be great.

It is supers fun but I wish people would rate you better. I know you have to upgrade it and everything but you take forever to move furniture. I also wish the employees weren’t as expensive. It is an awesome game and the adds aren’t that frequent. You should download for sure.

Too many ads with in game play. Every couple minutes it breaks to ad. Yes you can pay to remove ads but I don’t mind them as long as they aren’t every two minutes or so. Game play is okay. Idk you spend more time watching ads then actually getting to play the game. Will probably delete since I can’t really enjoy the game without paying to remove the ads.

There are frequent ads. My device dims, making me think it’s malfunctioning or something, but it’s only an ad. There are only 3 streets. Once you’ve built all your houses, furnish them and hire your staff, you just collect rent. I went from trying to meet the goals they give you to suddenly not having any goals! It’s been nice to get some of the VIPs. Wish I’d read the reviews and known you only got 3 streets of houses! I would have bought more expensive furniture and stretched the game out . All I get to do now is to watch videos to gain more staff on some streets and collect rent. At least I’ll have plenty of $ when they add more streets, I guess. Nice concept. I agree with others.. the ability to swap out for more expensive furniture would be nice. It’s nice to have a variety of tenants to rent to, but stinks when you have to choose the best possible of 4 that you’d rather not have. Thanks and have a great day!

I loved the game until I got every house in every area of the game. But now there is nothing to do in the game! And the fact that you have to watch an ad every 5 minutes to get an assistant is annoying. I think you should make it so we can buy an assistant infinitely with the money we earn from renting the houses out. It would be more fun and give the players something else to work for. Also, please make more areas to buy houses in. I want to keep playing but it’s too boring right now. I would even consider buying the ad free option of the game if there were more to do besides run around & rent the houses out to different tenants. I’ve even maxed out all of my security crews and cleaning/maintenance crew too. I’ve legit cond to a dead end in the game & it’s such a shame.

Fun game but could use some upgrades. Would be nice to be able to go back to your original houses and upgrade the furniture in them as you get more money. I was pretty quick to fill all my houses and then I am constantly trying to up my rating and can only seem to get 3.9 stars so I am left not really knowing what else to do. Fun for a bit maybe more will be added in the future? As of now I would say do not pay for no ads as the game is not very long.

I really like the game and paid the $10 to get rid of ads. I was disheartened when I couldn’t get past player level 10 which is a total of 3 levels. Did I really just pay $10 for a few hours of gameplay? Would be nice to be able to upgrade furniture later. Will more be added? If not I’d like a refund.

i rated 4 stars bc i did enjoy the game however i am extremely disappointed that from start to finish to completely beat the game with all of the most expensive furniture in every single house, it only took maybe 3 hours tops.

I hope there are more updates with more neighborhoods bc i really do enjoy the game but it was too short!

It’s a fun game honestly except for the ads, they’re annoying, especially when I try to hire new guests and I would like to be able to upgrade my different things like if I started off with the one house and have my cheap bed I want to be able to upgrade it later in the game when I’m richer.

I love this game so much. It is so cute and honestly, it just is so fun. You have to stop thieves you must and you must rent out your houses and you buy new things. This is such a fun game. I love it. I suggest you play it five stars five stars and never gets boring. It’s really fun and is barely any ads only if you want something about to add is ads you only get two per game. It is so fun if you play every it’s just fun. Download it now.

I really love playing this game! But there are some features that need to be added like iCloud save, (so we don’t have to start the game over again every time I play.) I’d like to be able to change the wall & floor colors to match the furniture, add rugs, wall decor etc.
Other than the few things I just mentioned the game is incredible I really love 💜it.

This is a really fun game where you can put furniture in houses and let people stay in it but I want more houses because I finished all of the houses like I transported back to the cloudy weather houses and finished it and did the mystery box’s for that one I did the hot weather houses and did the mystery boxes for that one and I completed the cold weather houses for the last section and the mystery boxes so can you give me more houses please 🙏🥺

So there are only 3 levels, and I was finished with the entire game in an hour. Also, don’t pay for the “no forced ads” because you still have to watch them to play the game. This game was a complete waste of time and money, very disappointing. Zero stars.

This game was surprisingly very fun. I loved decorating the houses and the variations of the tenants. Unfortunately once you unlock the 3 areas available there just isn’t much else to do. Obviously you could continue to collect money and have new tenants but then what? You have money that you have nothing to spend it on. I wish that there were more levels added. It’s a bummer that I have to delete this.

Great game I played it until there was no more to go honestly I wish there was so many more places to go to and more to level up in the game I didn’t wanna beat it so quick but over all love it 100% keep up the good work and keep updating it with more great levels to go to 😊🎉
