The game crashes every time an ad pops up and plays for about 5 seconds. I’m thinking LandlordSimulator is getting paid for the ads it’s showing but then it makes the game crash so that you have to keep reopening it and rewatching them. I don’t know what scam this is, but stay far away from this game. It actually looks kind of fun if they didn’t pop up an ad every 15 seconds, and crash every time they pop up an ad. I don’t get why Apple allows these kinds of “games”.

I downloaded this game 2-3 days ago. First day was fine and the game is pretty okay not bad at all. The past 2 days every time I try to play it the game lags a little and totally crashes the whole game. Your lucky to get to play one scenario and get through it and then the game crashes right after or even in the middle of it which a game scenario last like 30 seconds if that. Thinking about deleting it if it doesn’t get fixed in a day or so because there’s games that actually work.

The game is fun … when your not watching a ad! I don’t mind watching ads but this game over does it!

Basically what really set me off was when you collect rent it has the multplier for that rent of 1-5x if you watch ad but then underneath it is your amount you get without ad which is base or low. I started to click on just the base no ad amount but then had to start watching ads for that!!!! i was like well mine as well get the 5x bonus with a ad.

All in all its a great concept, fun and entertaining game. However the ads are just too much and unfair such as the abouve point. This developer just wants you to watch ads entire time you open app to close it seems like…. really annoying.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I downloaded this on my iPad and the game won’t even load so I downloaded it on my phone and for some reason it keeps telling me to expand even though I did and the game won’t let me continue and tap anything else unless I expand when I did and for some reason the game isn’t reading that I did that. The developers really need to patch up this game because it’s broken.

I just recently downloaded the game and while doing interviews, I got a VIP and I started an ad, of course, and it crashed.
After relaunching the game, attempting to scroll up would make the screen jitter back and forth and eventually lock up on a tool tip.
I enjoy the games concept and it’s something that I don’t have to think about while playing but I can’t even enjoy the game without it freezing and crashing/it freezing and me having to restart it constantly.

So at first the game is good, don’t get me wrong the game is enjoyable but regardless of multiplying the amount of money you collect or not you have to watch an ad and to top it off once you get so far into the game(just a few minutes in) it will either lock you onto a floor where you can’t scroll, the game will continuously crash, or the game will prompt you to click on a specific area and the game just freezes. I can definitely see the potential of the game but it’s not there at this time unfortunately.

Hey there! Every time I open your game I’m stuck on the scroller, then when I try to scroll to the appropriate task, it won’t let me go in it? WHAT? Also when I scroll to far it opens the task? Hm that odd. And then it doesn’t even work it just becomes stuck? This game needs time to develop, you need to take it down it’s not even worth it. It was fun in the beginning, but I haven’t even got to my 5th story yet, idk I deleted LandlordSimulator , not downloading this game until it’s gone through more development. No further comment.

Not a bad game just too many ads I’ve had to watch just to play it and I thought mabey something was wrong with my phone because the ads would appear so frequently it would literally kick me out the game and all my progress would be lost so then I’d have to watch a whole new ad and I counted how many times it did it in a row literally happen 6 times and at that point I was done the game is bugged or something so that you would watch more ads just to play DONT download it’s a scam !!! I’m deleting LandlordSimulator now

This game is nothing more than an ad farm and no way to remove ads. I understand people need to make money but I can not stand it when there is an advertisement after everything you do. The ads even at 5 seconds take as long as the activities you are supposed to do in this game. There is also very limited choices. Some of which make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Too many eviction choices. The conflict resolution always evicts someone. There should be an option to make both parties happy. I’d like to see more in it and fewer ads or an option to remove them. I would gladly pay to remove ads.

I got to the point where I built a gym in the building and now everytime I open LandlordSimulator and scroll up it locks me into the gym where it says if I build amenities it’ll make the tenants happy or whatever. The gym is built but when I go over it it locks me into that tip screen and I cannot click out. If I want to play even a little bit I have to not scroll up to the gym room or else it will lock the game and I cannot play. The game is okay and decently fun but definitely not worth it especially if I can’t play it due to this terrible game breaking glitch. Too many ads too.

This game is literally just ad after ad you do one thing and there’s a 30 second ad. This game is literally just task after task but you can’t do the tasks without getting 2-3 ads popping up. Deleting now.

Update: Don’t tell people you’re working on fixing the amounts of ads when almost 5 months later they’re still exactly the same. If you’re gonna allow ads to keep both people or have a worker do jobs for you don’t make it so that every button you press pops up another ad. Creators clearly don’t care about customers feelings. All comments say way too many ads and you do nothing to make them happy. Ridiculous

This game is very fun to play however due to the amount of ads generating through this game after dealing with each task is frustrating. You click on the see video for more money you catch an ad but you click just the money alone you a still get an ad. This issue needs to be resolved. I’m currently deleting LandlordSimulator , but once the ads are removed I’ll continue to play.

Twice now I’ve gotten to a part in the tutorial where it gets stuck on me upgrading the building a second time. The screen jumps down so I can’t press upgrade, and due to the tutorial pop up, I cannot scroll back up to see the upgrade button. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, just for it to happen again

Edit 1: closing the game and coming back in this time seems to have fixed it so far (first time that did not work though)

Edit 2: nope. Did it again.

The ads are too often and too many there are so many occasions where it’ll give you the option to watch an ad for a bigger reward or take the regular reward for no ad and you’ll take the regular reward for no ad because you don’t feel like watching a stupid ad and it’ll still give you an ad The tutorial is not an option but the ads really kill it I even figured maybe I’ll spend some money trying to get rid of the ads check the store only to find out that there’s no option to stop the ads and then when I left the store and popped up I deleted the game so fast

Also I have yet to figure out how you can give yourself such a”High” rating when you have so many negative comments. Is it rigged???? Makes me wonder. By the way I have a Masters Degree so don’t send me back so type of hollow apology g to hat is computer generated just to make it look like your responding to people’s concerns. Read the reviews after playing the game because I feel every game is entitled to a neutral play. But most of your responses are the same.

Deleted within 10 minutes of playing. I watched probably close to 20 ads In the span of that 10 minutes. Ads were only 30 seconds apart or even less that that.

The game crashes after nearly every single action taken and does crash at the near end of ever single ad. Making the game unplayable if you have to relaunch it after every bad,!1’d every action comes with and ad.

For most people this does not happen. But when I downloaded the game random apps started to go on my phone and those apps were hacking me. I had to delete all of those apps and LandlordSimulator too. DONT RISK IT.

Not a bad idea for a game, but every single ad crashes the game. Turning it on airplane mode doesn’t help either because of course… they want you to watch the ads even if it breaks the game.

The game doesn’t allow you to use money, it forces you to choose ads. When trying to collect, you choose collect and it goes to ad anyway.

Game is wonderful but the ADs are ridiculous! Not everyone is into inappropriate behavior such as what the advertising ads are promoting. Other than that this game is fun to play . I’m a property manager myself so I can relate to many of the activities. Please get rid of the ads. Thank you.

Update: I had to eventually delete the game. Wayyye too many AD’s !!
I understand ads in general, but you cannot enjoy the game with so many every minute your playing.
I will play again if it changes.

It’s a great game but the amount of ads ruins the whole experience. Even if you slick the option that doesn’t require an ad one still pops up. I understand there needs to be ads for the game to be free but there shouldn’t be an ad after every click nor should I still get an ad after clicking the no ad options. You play the game for 10 minutes and only actually get about 2 minutes of actual play time and the rest are ads

I can’t even enjoy the game because if I get an ad or I watch an ad for an item on the game, the games crashes and takes me to my Home Screen and I have to restart all over again!

I genuinely WANTED to like this game and it seems like it could be a lot of fun. But i spent more time watching ads than actually playing the game and that was super disappointing. I never do reviews on games or apps but like i said, it has potential. I just don’t see anyone keeping this game on their device when it seems like it was only created to make people watch ads. After you click on almost anything, a 20+ second ad pops up and it’s so unnecessary

So I’m going to start by saying it is a very very very fun game. The ads and the crashing takes away from it being fun though. it’s like the overdosed on ads and you can’t pay to get rid of the ads. The ads come every 10 to 30 seconds. The whole app crashes when you are getting your rewards during watching videos. So at the end of my mission where I am supposed to double my money I click the five, three or two times button while watching the ad the whole app crashes. other than that it’s a fun game and I would like to play it more but it’s a few bugs they need to work out and I might uninstall it until they do work it out. I’ll keep checking back in sorry.

I downloaded and deleted the game within 30 minutes of playing it. The game was really fun when it worked, but within the 30 minutes of playing it, I had to delete and reinstall three times just to bypass some bugs. Unfortunately I won’t be reinstalling the game due to this reason.

Too many ads literally every 30 seconds. You can’t even pay to get rid of them. I liked the game but the ads are just too much. It’s almost unplayable. It’s not worth it. They’re super inappropriate too. And sometimes you’ll watch the ad and it’ll freeze so you have to restart LandlordSimulator anyway and lose whatever you were doing.

I wanna start off by saying that I think this game is a lot of fun! However, I ended up getting rid of this game because of the amount of ads and there’s no way to pay to get rid of them. If there was a way to pay to get an ad free version, then I would definitely get this game again and play. I hated to get rid of this game, because I really liked it a lot, but it was every 10 seconds of getting an ad.

I wish there was a way in this game where either you can choose to watch a ad to get rewards without it choking down your throat, or have an ad free version of this game.

really enjoying this game but the amount of ads that are triggered after completing tasks and LandlordSimulator force kicks you out while you wait is discouraging. would love to continue playing with less ads or not as frequent it takes away from the experience so I’ll probably just delete app :(

This game is a really amusing way to pass time but it is unplayable due to the amount of bugs. After I complete ANY task, the game freezes and I have to close it and re-open it to play it. if the game freezes after you try it’s main function, then what’s the point of it being on LandlordSimulator Store? I wsjt to love this game. It’s VERY fun but it’s FLOODED with ads. There’s an add very second and honestly the ads don’t bother me, it’s LandlordSimulator force quitting EVERY single time an ad plays which makes it impossible to play the game. Please please fix or put an in app purchase to remove ads because I cannot play with the constant force quit.

Its a fun game but you can only do one inspection and collect rent only once a day. You also dont have a option to keep track of who you give a discount to so you wont give it twice. Other than that I like the game.

I’ve watched so so many ads just to get to having 6 tenants. I’m deleting the game for now until this game gets updated and hopefully is glitch free.

I adore this game! It’s so fun! But there’s a few issues about it, it won’t let me watch the ads to get the person I interviewed into the apartment. Like, I get almost done with the ad, then it kicks me out of the game and onto my Home Screen. This frustrates me that I cannot hire a tenant.

LandlordSimulator can easily be a 4-5/5 if it didnt still play ads when you choose to use your coins. Also if LandlordSimulator didnt shut down when trying to complete certain tasks. Please fix this so we can properly enjoy the game its a great concept!

I would of rated this. 3 1/2. The game is fun and addicting but tired of ads after every click. It takes away from how fun the game actually is. The ads are not even that good. The ads cater to 18+ and honestly believe that as a game a kid under 18 can play shouldn’t have to see ads for games not meant for them. Just my thought

I give the game a solid 4 stars because it is fun and very addicting. The only thing that blows the vibe and makes me not wanna play is the excessive amount of ads and the amount of crashing LandlordSimulator does when trying to get rewards. It’s like it’s overloaded with ads! Please please fix these issues and the game will have a potential of being a future game that’s still maintained!!
