This game is super fun and cool and I like it so much because you get to be a landlord but there is one thing that I dislike about this game the ads are really inappropriate so I suggest if you can add a No ads option? Because I enjoy playing this game but the ads are just too inappropriate so please add a no Ads option thanks so much for reading

It’s pretty fun but would be better with out ads in it there’s one ad every time you would do a section of the game

Its a fun game but you can only do one inspection and collect rent only once a day. You also dont have a option to keep track of who you give a discount to so you wont give it twice. Other than that I like the game.

Your game is awesome

This game is boring you’re doing the same thing over and over with no new dialogue and it’s a bit laggy when you have to press it over and over again before it works.

Not a bad idea for a game, but every single ad crashes the game. Turning it on airplane mode doesn’t help either because of course… they want you to watch the ads even if it breaks the game.

For most people this does not happen. But when I downloaded the game random apps started to go on my phone and those apps were hacking me. I had to delete all of those apps and LandlordSimulator too. DONT RISK IT.

The game consistently crashes. Everytime I click or move the screen an ad pops up and the game crashes as the ad starts to play.

Doesn’t even let me play the game says I have to pay 6400 “enough money” when I only have 3200 and it’s frozen?

Only played about two levels of this game. Every time I open LandlordSimulator the game froze.

Way to many ads need to take them out or I’m deleting the game

There’s add after everything you do in the game

It’s always tell me upgrade for $6500 apartments when i just have $2200

Everytime an ad pulls up the game would crash please fix so i can enjoy

I adore this game! It’s so fun! But there’s a few issues about it, it won’t let me watch the ads to get the person I interviewed into the apartment. Like, I get almost done with the ad, then it kicks me out of the game and onto my Home Screen. This frustrates me that I cannot hire a tenant.

Way too many ads vs actual play time. It’s insane. I’m used to ads but this was ridiculous. Deleted after playing for 8 min and 8 ads

This game is really fun!! I’m loving it so far. I recently downloaded this game and I have gained tons of dollars in game but I can’t pay to upgrade!! I’ve watched so so many ads just to get to having 6 tenants. I’m deleting the game for now until this game gets updated and hopefully is glitch free.

I like the idea but I can’t upgrade any of the rooms without watching an ad, I have the money and the option is present but when I click it nothing happens. So I’m pretty much stuck watching an ad anytime I want to expand or upgrade..

So this game is very fun but it has glitches and bugs when I try to tap one of buttons it won’t go through and I have to restart the game so I give this game a three

It’s a decent game but there is a stupid add after everything you do. I gave up and deleted it because of the adds. I watched over 300 adds in the short time I played.

The game crashes after nearly every single action taken and does crash at the near end of ever single ad. Making the game unplayable if you have to relaunch it after every bad,!1’d every action comes with and ad.

The game doesn’t allow you to use money, it forces you to choose ads. When trying to collect, you choose collect and it goes to ad anyway.

You spend more time watching videos than playing the game. Every action requires you to watch a video ad.

i really like the game but it makes my phone hot, constantly crashes, i could set a timer and probably play the game for maybe 1 minute or less, it’s disappointing the game is so fun but has poor graphics and crashes.

Please fix a bug where I can’t spend in game money on anything but to upgrade my building to a higher level after I get past the tutorial fix this and I will gladly give it 5 stars

This game is nothing more than an ad farm and no way to remove ads. I understand people need to make money but I can not stand it when there is an advertisement after everything you do. The ads even at 5 seconds take as long as the activities you are supposed to do in this game. There is also very limited choices. Some of which make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Too many eviction choices. The conflict resolution always evicts someone. There should be an option to make both parties happy. I’d like to see more in it and fewer ads or an option to remove them. I would gladly pay to remove ads.

Too many ads literally every 30 seconds. You can’t even pay to get rid of them. I liked the game but the ads are just too much. It’s almost unplayable. It’s not worth it. They’re super inappropriate too. And sometimes you’ll watch the ad and it’ll freeze so you have to restart LandlordSimulator anyway and lose whatever you were doing.

I came across a glitch. When I tried to click the cash icon, during the intro, I couldn’t scroll up to click it. Other than the glitch it’s a great game concept.

The game crashes every time an ad pops up and plays for about 5 seconds. I’m thinking LandlordSimulator is getting paid for the ads it’s showing but then it makes the game crash so that you have to keep reopening it and rewatching them. I don’t know what scam this is, but stay far away from this game. It actually looks kind of fun if they didn’t pop up an ad every 15 seconds, and crash every time they pop up an ad. I don’t get why Apple allows these kinds of “games”.

The game is fun and easy to get lost into but the ads are overwhelming. Every time you tap on something there’s an ad whether you like it or not

Deleted within 10 minutes of playing. I watched probably close to 20 ads In the span of that 10 minutes. Ads were only 30 seconds apart or even less that that.

It’s a really good game. But I hate the fact that when I was choosing someone to live in the space it said Sagittarius and it was red I am really mad because I am a Sagittarius,I am really offended really really really offended because there is no reason to have that in red please fix from hazel g

really enjoying this game but the amount of ads that are triggered after completing tasks and LandlordSimulator force kicks you out while you wait is discouraging. would love to continue playing with less ads or not as frequent it takes away from the experience so I’ll probably just delete app :(

There’s an ad at every thing u do but it’s very entertaining! Whenever u get to a celebrity tenant it doesn’t let me watch the ad or I’ll watch it with no reward but this is a nice well thought of game!

So I’m going to start by saying it is a very very very fun game. The ads and the crashing takes away from it being fun though. it’s like the overdosed on ads and you can’t pay to get rid of the ads. The ads come every 10 to 30 seconds. The whole app crashes when you are getting your rewards during watching videos. So at the end of my mission where I am supposed to double my money I click the five, three or two times button while watching the ad the whole app crashes. other than that it’s a fun game and I would like to play it more but it’s a few bugs they need to work out and I might uninstall it until they do work it out. I’ll keep checking back in sorry.

Game is wonderful but the ADs are ridiculous! Not everyone is into inappropriate behavior such as what the advertising ads are promoting. Other than that this game is fun to play . I’m a property manager myself so I can relate to many of the activities. Please get rid of the ads. Thank you.

Update: I had to eventually delete the game. Wayyye too many AD’s !!
I understand ads in general, but you cannot enjoy the game with so many every minute your playing.
I will play again if it changes.

Not a bad game just too many ads I’ve had to watch just to play it and I thought mabey something was wrong with my phone because the ads would appear so frequently it would literally kick me out the game and all my progress would be lost so then I’d have to watch a whole new ad and I counted how many times it did it in a row literally happen 6 times and at that point I was done the game is bugged or something so that you would watch more ads just to play DONT download it’s a scam !!! I’m deleting LandlordSimulator now

This game is very fun to play however due to the amount of ads generating through this game after dealing with each task is frustrating. You click on the see video for more money you catch an ad but you click just the money alone you a still get an ad. This issue needs to be resolved. I’m currently deleting LandlordSimulator , but once the ads are removed I’ll continue to play.

This game is a really amusing way to pass time but it is unplayable due to the amount of bugs. After I complete ANY task, the game freezes and I have to close it and re-open it to play it. if the game freezes after you try it’s main function, then what’s the point of it being on LandlordSimulator Store? It’s unplayable.

This game I been watching the ad for it and was hooked so finally downloaded it, definitely wasn’t disappointed love it lots

Being myself, I am basically still a child and I downloaded this game thinking it would be fun but the ad that came on was way to inappropriate and I HATE inappropriate behavior so all I’m asking is please either take out the ads or make them less inappropriate!

The game is fun … when your not watching a ad! I don’t mind watching ads but this game over does it!

Basically what really set me off was when you collect rent it has the multplier for that rent of 1-5x if you watch ad but then underneath it is your amount you get without ad which is base or low. I started to click on just the base no ad amount but then had to start watching ads for that!!!! i was like well mine as well get the 5x bonus with a ad.

All in all its a great concept, fun and entertaining game. However the ads are just too much and unfair such as the abouve point. This developer just wants you to watch ads entire time you open app to close it seems like…. really annoying.

This game is literally just ad after ad you do one thing and there’s a 30 second ad. This game is literally just task after task but you can’t do the tasks without getting 2-3 ads popping up. Deleting now.

Update: Don’t tell people you’re working on fixing the amounts of ads when almost 5 months later they’re still exactly the same. If you’re gonna allow ads to keep both people or have a worker do jobs for you don’t make it so that every button you press pops up another ad. Creators clearly don’t care about customers feelings. All comments say way too many ads and you do nothing to make them happy. Ridiculous

I got to the point where I built a gym in the building and now everytime I open LandlordSimulator and scroll up it locks me into the gym where it says if I build amenities it’ll make the tenants happy or whatever. The gym is built but when I go over it it locks me into that tip screen and I cannot click out. If I want to play even a little bit I have to not scroll up to the gym room or else it will lock the game and I cannot play. The game is okay and decently fun but definitely not worth it especially if I can’t play it due to this terrible game breaking glitch. Too many ads too.

It’s a great game but the amount of ads ruins the whole experience. Even if you slick the option that doesn’t require an ad one still pops up. I understand there needs to be ads for the game to be free but there shouldn’t be an ad after every click nor should I still get an ad after clicking the no ad options. You play the game for 10 minutes and only actually get about 2 minutes of actual play time and the rest are ads

I downloaded this game 2-3 days ago. First day was fine and the game is pretty okay not bad at all. The past 2 days every time I try to play it the game lags a little and totally crashes the whole game. Your lucky to get to play one scenario and get through it and then the game crashes right after or even in the middle of it which a game scenario last like 30 seconds if that. Thinking about deleting it if it doesn’t get fixed in a day or so because there’s games that actually work.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I downloaded this on my iPad and the game won’t even load so I downloaded it on my phone and for some reason it keeps telling me to expand even though I did and the game won’t let me continue and tap anything else unless I expand when I did and for some reason the game isn’t reading that I did that. The developers really need to patch up this game because it’s broken.

I’ve not been playing for long and now it seems to be stuck at one specific part that I’ve already done. I’ve tried closing LandlordSimulator and opening it again, but nothing is fixing the problem.

I finely got past the bug glitch I’m editing my review and wanted to say so far I’m enjoying this game and will say great job to the team for fixing the bug
