We rented, contact had an incorrect address and no phone number to call, and is not responding to messages, then support voicemail says to give 24 hours to respond. My 1-year old needs to sleep, we have nothing for them to use, what exactly do I do for 24 hours? This service is for children equipment, this is not acceptable.

I wouldn’t recommend baby quip. The person we rented baby gear from never responded to my message for an order change. I cancelled the order as we needed to figure out what to do. We decided to just but the stuff we needed. Only then she sent me a message…

Shady business practice. I had a booking scheduled. Then decided we didn’t need the items I selected. I canceled my order well in advance of my vacation. I received a refund of the items but BabyQuip is keeping the “Service Charge” fee. $42.13 they are keeping for absolutely no reason. They claim it’s to pay for their app. Ridiculous. I’m currently disputing this but be aware. Also, tried to call customer service and no one answers you have to leave a voicemail. DO NOT RECOMMEND
