Has some good books however I had to pay 5$ every 7 chapters with over 110 chapters. Let’s you read a certain number of chapters then have to pay for each chapter

I have paid for two books but for some reasons it keep having a glitch. Once I click YumRead it closes on its own. The bug or glitch to YumRead is not fixed. I’ve been waiting for two weeks now for this glitch or issue to be fixed. No one has contacted me and my money is wasted.

This cash grab app has to be the biggest joke in all of YumRead Store. First I purchased a $20 subscription which I figured would allow me to read unlimited books like the Galatea app. About half way I needed to purchase more “coins”. Purchased another $20 of coins because the book was fantastic and I was invested. 2 chapters from the end I need more coins??? Absolutely not. Deleted YumRead right away. I don’t care to read 2 more chapters, I don’t care to support anyone. With the number of typos, grammatical errors and the “author” writing the wrong character at the wrong time it’s hard to believe an actual person is writing and not some autobot.

Twice I paid $5 for a total of 800 “coins”, was charged less than 100 “coins” to continue reading, but kept insisting I only had 24 “coins” left, instead of what should have been 700, and would not let me continue to read without spending another $5. That’s $15 for 25 chapters of a 300-chapter book. If I keep going, I’ll spend $5 every 20 minutes, with the actual value of these “coins” meaning absolutely nothing. No matter how many I purchase, it keeps saying I only have 24. Whomever created YumRead and clearly pays off the people writing good reviews, is an outright scoundrel.

Was a really nice app until it stopped working and wouldn’t let me use it anymore. Even after I deleted it and reinstalled it. So now I can’t use it anymore even after paying. I really did like the books on YumRead.

Since the new Apple update to iOS 17 YumRead no longer works. I was reading a book and I am no longer able to click on the book to continue plus I had purchased coins that I am no longer able to use! When I try to open YumRead it show a new book with a skip in 3 seconds window and then just shuts down! I hope you are about to rectify this soon!

I found YumRead through Facebook Ads and got into reading one of the books so I downloaded YumRead . I’ve only been able to use it once. Most of the time it can’t even get past the 3 second load and it just exits out of YumRead . I have several other reading apps I use and non of them do this. I hope you fix this.

it takes a long time to update the novels

I had over 200 vouchers and they just disappeared! It doesn’t matter that I logged in everyday and watched the videos every day for extra vouchers, they should not have ever been taken away! This is ridiculous!!! Waste of my time when I watched the videos everyday and logged in everyday! Where did my vouchers go?

App no longer works on iPhone with latest iOS 17.0.2 update. Just delete it YumRead. I did after over a week of not working. App continues to blow up as soon as I click on it. Deleting and reinstalling does not fix it. Just choose a different reading app. There are plenty to choose from.

Every time I went to open YumRead it closed so YumRead keeps crashing. Also didn’t like that you had to spend soooooo much money just to keep reading the chapters. It would be better to maybe pay like a yearly/monthly subscription and have access to unlimited reading!

The story I’m reading has a great storyline so supporting an author seemed like a great idea, till every chapter starts to have more and more grammatical errors. I don’t think supporting an author by spending over 50 dollars for a single book is worth it if they can’t even write each chapter correctly. If they are talking about him, and they keep saying she, so frustrating to have paid so much for a book that’s so poorly written.

I really enjoyed YumRead. But after the update 3 weeks ago. YumRead will not stay open no longer than a few seconds. Giving it 2 stars because it’s been fixed. I’ve deleted YumRead nd reinstalled it. But over all if YumRead works it’s a good one. Please fix.

The books are good but I feel like for the price you have to pay for each chapter is pretty high. Also I feel like if you are going to charge for a book’s at least much SURE that YumRead is always working and not freezing.

The story I started reading was fine… But then that app froze, and I could not navigate through YumRead … and even after I removed YumRead and the re-downloaded it… The same thing!!!!

This is not a review, YumRead was great however it is crashing repeatedly on the iPhone 15. I did not have this issue on my last phone which was a 12. But YumRead has not worked with the iPhone 15 yet.

Some grammar error but really loving it so far , I enjoy fantasy books

All these apps lie when saying the books are free

I enjoy the stories they are good reads.
Some grammatical errors so better editing is necessary but the basic storytelling is good.
I don’t like that once you subscribe, it still costs coin or vouchers to finish your story.
Once you’ve paid, I should be able to read to completion even if the next story can’t be completed until next month’s subscription

The first time

I do like the stories that are in this app. However, like all of these apps, it takes a while to get enough bonus, points or coins to be able to read the stories for free. And I wouldn’t mind paying if it weren’t so expensive. I don’t want to pay 9.90 a week, maybe a month. But I don’t know how payment works for the authors. So I’ll keep reading what I can and if I like it enough, I’ll pay for it.

Some great books on here. Just hoping it works this time. Haven’t been able to read for about a month because every time I opened YumRead it would kick me right back out. I wasn’t able to do anything. So fixing to try this again.

Great books just hate paying every few chapters. Would be nice to have a subscription yearly for unlimited reads

You earn chapters daily and do not have to necessarily pay to read unless you want to. And your vouchers don’t expire

I love to read and I found YumRead with good quality of novels but YumRead is not working at all I can’t even read nothing please fix the problem thank you .

YumRead is good, of course I understand having to purchase coins but wish it would be to actually purchase the whole book. The stories vary, there are some that I will not read again and I have found two that I’ll definitely re read.

I totally enjoy yum read I can read for free or pay, which I do sometimes. The books are very good even if the characters are sometimes mixed up but after reading the book the first time, I can read it through without any interruption
