A few days ago I was interested in using the app then I changed my mind and no longer wanted to use it and wanted to delete it after I put my card it after it telling me I can try a free trial it charged me 84 dollars I was not trying to hit continue for it to charge me I have an iPhone anyone with an iPhone knows you swipe up to leave an app or page or anything as I went to swipe I missed it and hit continue for it to charge me an ACCIDENT BUY now that I’ve contacted “support” there forcing me to keep it paid will not give me a refund said I should use the services and I don’t want it I feel like if an incident like this happens then there should be some kind of leeway to where they can do a refund not force someone not to have a refund because they want to keep accounts up be careful of the things you do some companies are so close to falling off that they close to steal your money when you didn’t want to buy services

I went to check out this Money Shield that you requested anyone to check out? My question is to you are you sure you are using this app ?? Because a few problems with this app that you requested us to try is that it doesn’t work In our favor ñ, it takes your money and then it wants credit cards to see if you want owe money to anyone you want to cancel and then after you summited everything and did your part, then they tell after a few months of waiting to get some response from them to find what’s going on, the second thing is they want all personal information that you shouldn’t be giving out. And the third thing is there’s no reviews or it hasn’t even been rated by the board of officials to monitor this shade kind of business that you are promoting, I don’t even think that you have any kind of business!

The app doesn’t show up under your purchases and subscriptions so it doesn’t look like you have a subscription to cancel. You try to cancel and they will not refund you. I was charged 84$ and they refuse to refund me even tho I never signed up. They get your account information and say they’re helping you save on unused subscriptions yet only to charge u more then what you would likely save by trying this app. All you need to do anyway is go to your settings on your iphone and click on your name look at subscriptions and cancel from there. However this is the only app I’ve ever seen you cant cancel said subscriptions because it won’t show up there. So good luck canceling. 100% Do not recommend!! Big waste of time and a huge ripoff! Not to mention they advertise their app as to get you your money back …. as long as it not from them!! 🤥
