First, the accidental yearly charge, after reading though the reviews of CancelSubscriptions this seems common throughout the negative reviews. Second, support didn’t care, they told me that I must keep the subscription and they can only cancel it once it’s run through it’s year. Lastly, I feel scammed, because CancelSubscriptions is no longer a refund/fund management service, it’s now a password manager and seems to be no access the content which I paid for. I deeply regret ever downloading CancelSubscriptions, let alone giving it my bank information, after this stunt I feel these developers can’t be trusted.

A few days ago I was interested in using CancelSubscriptions then I changed my mind and no longer wanted to use it and wanted to delete it after I put my card it after it telling me I can try a free trial it charged me 84 dollars I was not trying to hit continue for it to charge me I have an iPhone anyone with an iPhone knows you swipe up to leave an app or page or anything as I went to swipe I missed it and hit continue for it to charge me an ACCIDENT BUY now that I’ve contacted “support” there forcing me to keep it paid will not give me a refund said I should use the services and I don’t want it I feel like if an incident like this happens then there should be some kind of leeway to where they can do a refund not force someone not to have a refund because they want to keep accounts up be careful of the things you do some companies are so close to falling off that they close to steal your money when you didn’t want to buy services

I downloaded CancelSubscriptions , opened it and before I could proceed it asked for my credit card info. I tried to go to the next page and BAM I was charged $84. I never consented to any charge. I wanted to check out CancelSubscriptions to see if I could use it. I was never offered an trial or anything. I never gave consent so technically they robbed me. Now they’re refusing to give me my money back. I’m contacting my CC company and calling the better business bureau and make a complaint. After reading the reviews, I see that I’m not the only one that this has been done too, If we all stick together and report them maybe we can accomplish something.

I downloaded CancelSubscriptions in hopes that it would help me to save money. Well the opposite happened. They asked me to link my bank account so they could track all of my subscriptions for me so I didn’t really see any issue in doing so until my card gets charged for 83 dollars soon after! Not once did they ask if I wanted to subscribe to anything so they took my money without my permission and on top of that they now have my card information because it won’t let me remove it. What a joke! I don’t recommend CancelSubscriptions unless you don’t mind being charged as soon as you give them your info.

It sound good.. help me with my subscription. First it charged my card $84 immediately before you even get to see anything. I thought maybe download app give info and see what they could do for you before you make the annual payment. But NO! Second screen and bam! $84 out of my account. Then when I it looked at my subscription it said they could refund me $360. So I was like okay it pays for itself. But again false advertisement. It cancelled one of my subscription and refund ed me $4.99. God I wish I had never gone down this rabbit while. I work hard for my money. So unless you have out of control subscriptions for download CancelSubscriptions.

After I downloaded CancelSubscriptions , it asked for my card number. I assumed they needed it for future refunds and such, but the next screen said that I had bought a year long subscription for $84. I immediately tried to cancel and they won’t give me a refund, their customer service person appears to be AI and I can’t have an actual conversation with him. Instead he just sends me an email saying “I understand your concern, but just explore our app”. I am out $84 and want nothing to do with this company, CancelSubscriptions, or anything they claim to be. I feel like I was scammed, and would give zero stars if I could.

This appears to be a free app in CancelSubscriptions Store, but it is not free. The next issue is, once you enter your bank information, there is no link to return to your account information. Once you input it, and your permission, there are no options to go back and keep an eye on your bank account. It’s like they take your bank accounts information and poof, it’s gone. There is no user menu links. Trying to find where to contact customer support is either impossible to find or you can only go to an automated “Here are most asked topic questions” There are no human beings to answer your questions or concerns.
ChargeBack appears to be 2-3 other companies. There is Plaid, then the other company your forced to subscribe too. CancelSubscriptions is “not” as they describe it!

I downloaded CancelSubscriptions a few months ago just to try it and I paid for the subscription for 2 months. My first month having the subscription wasn’t even useful. They generate some kind of letter asking your bank or whoever to cancel a subscription but yet YOU are tho one doing all the work. I found CancelSubscriptions to be useless because it didn’t help me with anything it just told me how many subs I owed and to where. The 2nd month I had CancelSubscriptions I never even opened up CancelSubscriptions but I got charged the subscriber fee and I tried to get a refund since I never even used the services mentioned. They ended up telling me that they couldn’t refund my money even though I didn’t even utilize CancelSubscriptions or it’s features. They even charged my bank AFTER MY CARD LOCK WAS CUT ON. Rip off to the fullest extent and I never got my money back. Highly DISSATISFIED customer.

CancelSubscriptions doesn’t show up under your purchases and subscriptions so it doesn’t look like you have a subscription to cancel. You try to cancel and they will not refund you. I was charged 84$ and they refuse to refund me even tho I never signed up. They get your account information and say they’re helping you save on unused subscriptions yet only to charge u more then what you would likely save by trying CancelSubscriptions. All you need to do anyway is go to your settings on your iphone and click on your name look at subscriptions and cancel from there. However this is the only app I’ve ever seen you cant cancel said subscriptions because it won’t show up there. So good luck canceling. 100% Do not recommend!! Big waste of time and a huge ripoff! Not to mention they advertise their app as to get you your money back …. as long as it not from them!! 🤥

I went to check out this Money Shield that you requested anyone to check out? My question is to you are you sure you are using CancelSubscriptions ?? Because a few problems with CancelSubscriptions that you requested us to try is that it doesn’t work In our favor ñ, it takes your money and then it wants credit cards to see if you want owe money to anyone you want to cancel and then after you summited everything and did your part, then they tell after a few months of waiting to get some response from them to find what’s going on, the second thing is they want all personal information that you shouldn’t be giving out. And the third thing is there’s no reviews or it hasn’t even been rated by the board of officials to monitor this shade kind of business that you are promoting, I don’t even think that you have any kind of business!

Before you can even get into CancelSubscriptions you need to agree to a $7 a month fee. Sounds reasonable. What they don't tell you it's $84 for the year. And they take it out immediately. There is no refund for you. If you call the number they tell you to go to their website. If you email them they will say no refund and send you to their website via link that says their policy of no refund. I literally hit ok and didn't want to do this after all. Submitting all my bank account info to CancelSubscriptions. So I unsubscribed and then looked at my bank account saw that it was $84 short. I can't stand this type of business.

I just wanted to check out CancelSubscriptions to see if I was even interested but before I could even explore it I was charged. I thought it said $7 a month, but once I realized it was $84 for the year I had paid. I contacted them right away, within seconds, because I desperately could not afford that right now. However they would not refund me. For an app that is supposed to help you get refunds this was very sad. Once they said they could not refund me I decided to try CancelSubscriptions out and sure enough there is no use for me on CancelSubscriptions. I could find anything I could actually get a refund on.

When initially signing up and creating an account, when asking for an account number I choose to use Apple Pay thinking that any subscriptions I had connected to that account would be how they are able to search for refunds. When I saw that the $84 charge was for the subscription I immediately cancelled without hesitation. I’ve attempted to reach out to customer service by email, but would prefer to talk to someone on the phone. They’ve denied my refund, even after having explained that I am on disability and have a limited income. I need to talk to someone that can help provide me a refund ASAP!!!

I got CancelSubscriptions because it had a 3 day free trial, I started getting the sense something was shady about it so I cancelled immediately. The only problem is it’s so shady that there’s no way to even verify you’ve cancelled. It doesn’t even show up on my Apple subscriptions list. I contacted them stating I wanted to verify my trial was cancelled and that I wouldn’t be charged, I said I wanted to make sure my account and info was totally deleted, and I got no response. Then I start reading all the reviews about how they’re not letting people cancel even though none of us even signed up for a subscription, only a 3 day free trial but they’re still charging people $84 and I just feel like an idiot. They better not charge me! How this is even allowed to happen is ridiculous!

Sooo it makes you pay for a subscription.. imagine that. A platform that is used to cancel subscriptions making you pay for a subscription 🤦🏻‍♀️ I still have it the benefit of the doubt .. 1 it doesn’t cancel your subscriptions it takes you to the platform to cancel subscriptions then has you request the refund yourself .. for example if you have a subscription with Apple it will take you to CancelSubscriptions Store have you cancel the subscription thennnnn take you to the Apple website so you can request the refund. It’s totally misleading and you won’t get a “refund” right away you will have to wait for said platform to confirm your refund request and approve it (if they do) then you wait 7-10 business days to get your “refund .. you literally don’t need another app to do this . You can do it yourself . CancelSubscriptions is a load of donkey doo-doo save your $10 and don’t even bother with CancelSubscriptions

Ironic how an app that is designed to get you refund subscriptions charges you $84 and misleads you into believing it’s only $7 a month. I signed up for this and linked my bank account not thinking anything of it because I assumed that info was needed to get my subscription refunds. They charged me $84 and they have no customer service number. I now have to dispute this with my bank to get my money back and get a new check card. Completely misleading and these people obviously prey off people who are looking to save money and actually need it and then they take it from you. I’m reporting to the BBB.

This Apple is literally a scam. They not filling chargebacks like ad said, instead they will take you thru which ever app u make the purchase thru and try to make u request for refund, some that can literally be done by ANYONE just going to support and request refund on CancelSubscriptions or website you purchase from. For example, Apple refund will take u to the apple refund page where you can request refund manually some that can be done with just a google search of “Apple request refund” so CancelSubscriptions is totally pointless and I will be charging back from my bank to get my refund for this crap.

When my brother told me to download CancelSubscriptions, I was a little skeptical. All I can say is, IM SO HAPPY I DID! The set up process was so easy and straight to the point. CancelSubscriptions gives you the option of a free trial for a couple days to see if you like it and then it will charge you just like any other in app purchase that you have to pay for which it states clearly. For the record, you will most likely get back more $ for all the refunds it gets you than what you paid for CancelSubscriptions , so it a win in my book!

CancelSubscriptions has helped me get rid of subscriptions that I couldn’t do myself because I couldn’t find out how. It’s quick and easy . It’s also the first app I’ve had that lets you choose the amount you want to pay monthly so that’s another plus . They also send you money back from subscriptions that happen that you didn’t know about !!

Excellent set up. Easy sign in options. Prompt with response of canceling subscription. I like how it doesn’t ask u a bunch of questions for canceling a service Def recommend using CancelSubscriptions for the crew no be rollin with. We all use it now. Before we would be charged out of no where and lose out on whatever hustle of the day was and now we golden. Not losing anything time or money. Only thing that should be added is the option to have multiple emails on one account to allow for any other

The service this company offers is a lifesaver. They get your unauthorized bank fees, subscription charges when you forgot to cancel an app after it’s free trial, and so much more by giving you all the tools you need to dispute, cancel and refund any fees you disagree with. They couldn’t make it more simple. Takes the place of an accountant that would cost you so much money. I absolute LOVE how there’s a button that helps you get a refund, send an email to the company, and/or write a complaint. It’s so useful and cuts out the confusion on my part as to where to even begin with something like asking for my money back. Thank you for doing a lot of the leg work. Hopefully CancelSubscriptions deliveres its promises and guarantees, so I stuck with it; I’m so glad I did because the refunds and chargebacks almost instantly came rolling back into my bank accounts! I was shocked (but even more embarrassed) when I couldn’t even supply Cancel Subscription with the logins or passwords to these zombie accounts. One of them in particular - a streaming app that is not mainstream at all (I’d never ever heard of it, let alone been cognizant that I was essentially giving them a $48/month charity. ) When trying to login to the steaming service on a PC, it let me in just by entering my email address. When I clicked on my profile, next tot Pasword it read in bold letters “NOT CREATED”. However. when trying to login on a mobile device, you had to input a password to gain access… I’m short, these patient people trouble-shot the whole thing for me. It was painless!

Just downloaded CancelSubscriptions today and already have a full refund of 5 months from Disney+. Not exactly what they’re marketing on some ads though, on the ads it makes CancelSubscriptions seem like a robot goes in and does everything for you. While this isn’t the case,(and, realistically it’s not very plausible.) they practically lay everything out for you in 3 clicks. Good stuff

CancelSubscriptions works way better than I expected! There were subscriptions I thought were cancelled but chargeback found and cancelled them right away. The best part is I was able to a refund on them!
