Really disappointed for the overall app, website & camera quality. The camera in its self is… okay I guess. But you do have to pay a subscription for it to actually be useful as a security camera.
It’s incredibly difficult to try and cancel your subscription, especially because both the website, app, and customer support are inefficient and difficult to navigate. There are so many other ways to streamline your app, why are you making it so complicated?
Furthermore, trying to change your password, or god forbid you forget it, it’s nearly impossible. When submitting your email to get a password reset, you never get the email. At least I haven’t and it been almost a week. When seeking help from customer support, I was giving just the info from the support site, which I had previously stated did not help me.
There’s better options for a better price. Save your time & money.
